چكيده فارسي :
شهرها به عنوان مهمترين جوامع زيستي قرن حاضر، از جنبه‌هاي محيطي و اكولوژيكي در كنار جنبه‌هاي اجتماعي، سياسي و اقتصادي و بهبود كيفيت منظر، بيش از گذشته نياز به توجه دارند؛ همچنين شهر، يكي از مهمترين پديده‌هاي فرهنگي بشر و به قولي، بخش جدايي‌ناپذير (انتگرال) طبيعت به شمار مي‌رود. طبيعت نيز به شكل صميمانه‌اي با زندگي اجتماعي شهر، تركيب و در‌هم بافته شده است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي كاربرد الگوهاي توسعۀ پايدار در بازآفريني منظر شهري ايوان انجام شده است. سؤالات اين پژوهش؛ عبارتند از: 1. آيا ابعاد توسعۀ پايدار بر بازآفريني منظر شهر ايوان تأثير دارند؟ 2. آيا بين بعد كالبدي توسعۀ پايدار و بازآفريني شهر ايوان، همبستگي وجود دارد؟ 3. چه رابطه‌اي بين بعد اقتصادي توسعۀ پايدار و بازآفريني شهر ايوان وجود دارد؟ 4. بعد زيست‌محيطي شهر ايوان، چه تأثيري بر بازآفريني آن دارد؟
روش انجام تحقيق، به‌كارگيري تكنيك ماتريس SWOT بود كه پس از مشخص شدن معيارهاي داخلي و خارجي بر اساس اصول توسعۀ پايدار و ارائۀ راهبردهاي چهارگانۀ SO و WO و ST و WT و وزن‌دهي به اين معيارها راهبرد نهايي به دست آمد. كليت يافته‌ها حاكي از آن بود كه اصول توسعۀ پايدار در بازآفريني منظر شهري ايوان مؤثر هستند و مي‌توانند منظري ايجاد كنند كه پويا و پايدار باشد، رفاه شهروندان را فراهم كند و پاسخگوي نياز نسل‌هاي آينده باشد.

Cities, as the most important biological communities of the present century, more than ever need to be paid attention in environmental and ecological aspects of the aspects-social, political, economic, and improve the quality of their perspective. In addition, the city is considered one of the most important cultural phenomena of human and promises "an integral part of nature, and the nature of the social life of the city combined with the intimate and intertwined." These findings are important in the current situation and to improve the quality and view it as many times such as improving the urban landscape has been emphasized. Term perspective can be thought of as a set of cognitive effects, as well as areas of cultural, philosophical, and also the context in which the study of shapes, patterns, forms of life and a lot of natural things in the house. Obviously, in such a situation the influence of landscape on living conditions and human interaction and natural and built environment is also taken into account. the methods used is the SWOT matrix. After identifying the internal and external standards and guidelines based on the four principles of sustainable development and WO, SO and ST and WT, and weight-maintenance of these measures was the final strategy the totality of the findings showed: Eivan urban renewal perspective on the principles of sustainable development matrix is offensive and means proposed strategies in an aggressive strategy matrix (SO) (max-max) are located.
