زمينه و اهداف: هدف اين مقاله بررسي ميزان شراكت دانشگاه‌هاي علوم پزشكي با ديگر بخش‌هاي جامعه از نظر اعضاي هيئت‌علمي بود. روش بررسي: روش اين تحقيق توصيفي پيمايشي بود. جامعه آماري شامل اعضاي هيئت‌علمي دانشگاه‌هاي علوم پزشكي فارس بود كه يك نمونه 152 نفري از ميان آن‌ها به روش نمونه‌گيري طبقه‌اي نسبتي انتخاب شد. به منظور جمع آوري داده‌ها از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده‌شده است. جهت بررسي اعتبار محتوايي پرسشنامه، از استادان محترم راهنما و چند تن از متخصصان خواسته شد كه نظرات خود را در مورد روايي سؤالات اعلام نمايند و براساس نظرات آن‌ها نقايص پرسشنامه برطرف گرديد و آخرين اصلاحات در متن پرسشنامه به عمل آمد و شكل نهايي پرسشنامه تدوين گرديد. پايايي كل پرسشنامه از طريق ضريب آلفاي كرانباخ 0/875 برآورد گرديد. براي آزمون سؤالهاي پژوهش از آزمون تي استفاده‌شده است. اين تحقيق در سال 1395 به پايان رسيد. يافته‌ها: نتايج نشان داد كه اگر چه ميانگين نمرات پاسخ دهندگان در مورد ميزان شراكت اثربخش دانشگاه‌هاي علوم پزشكي با ديگر بخش‌ها بيشتر از متوسط است اما تا رسيدن به وضعيت مطلوب فاصله زيادي دارد نتيجه‌گيري: دانشگاه‌هاي علوم پزشكي بايستي با بخش‌هاي ديگر جامعه شراكت و همكاري بيشتري داشته باشند.

Background and Aims: This study aimed to Survey the partnership rate of medical sciences universities with other sectors of society, in terms of faculty members. Methods: The methods of this study was descriptive- survey. The statistical population were all faculty members of Fars University of medical sciences. The sample consist of 152 faculty members who were selected through stratified sampling. Researcher made questionnaire was used to collect the data. In order to assess the validity of questionnaires, professors and several experts were asked their opinions about the validity of questions and according to their comments, questionnaires defects were resolved and last modified of questionnaires text was done and the final form of the questionnaire was designed. The reliability of the questionnaire was estimated through Cronbach's alpha coefficient 875/0. T-test was used to test the research questions.. Results: The results showed that although the average score of respondents about the effective partnership level of medical universities with other sections are more than average, but it is far to reach the ideal situation. Conclusion: medical sciences universities should be more partnerships with other sectors of society.
