بررسي تأثير حضور پليس بر احساس امنيت اجتماعي افراد در تفرجگاه‌هاي استان‌هاي گلستان، مازندران و گيلان

Investigating the effect of police presence on the sense of social security of people in the resorts of Golestan, Mazandaran and Gilan provinces

زمينه و هدف: احساس امنيت يكي از شاخص­ هاي كيفيت زندگي است. يكي از عوامل تهديدكننده حضور مردم در فضاهاي عمومي تشويش يا احساس ناامني مي‌باشد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسي تأثير حضور پليس بر احساس امنيت افراد در تفرجگاه ­هاي استان­هاي گلستان، مازندران و گيلان بود. روش‌شناسي: براي رسيدن به اين هدف تعداد 598 نفر (از هر استان حدود 200 نفر) از تفرج­كنندگان در تفرجگاه­ هاي استان­هاي گلستان، مازندران و گيلان با استفاده از روش نمونه­ گيري تصادفي طبقه ­اي انتخاب شدند و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته احساس امنيت در حضور پليس را تكميل نمودند و داده­ ها مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت. يافته­ ها: يافته­ هاي پژوهش نشان داد كه مردم در حضور پليس به ‌خصوص به صورت استقراري و گشت ­زني احساس امنيت خوبي دارند به لحاظ احساس امنيت و مؤلفه­ هاي آن در تفرج ­كنندگان بين حضور فيزيكي و نمادي پليس تفاوت معنادار وجود دارد. به لحاظ احساس امنيت و مؤلفه­ هاي آن در تفرج­ كنندگان بين حضور استقراري و گشت ­زني پليس تفاوت معنادار وجود دارد. به لحاظ احساس امنيت بين زنان و مردان تفاوت معنادار وجود ندارد. بين انواع احساس امنيت (جاني، مالي و حيثيتي) با توجه به نحوه حضور پليس تفاوت معنادار وجود ندارد. نتيجه­ گيري: بين استان‌هاي گيلان، مازندران و گلستان به لحاظ احساس امنيت در حضور پليس تفاوت معنادار وجود دارد بنابراين، حضور واقعي پليس در تفرجگاه ­ها به احساس امنيت كمك مي­ كند.

Background and Aim: Sense of security is one of the indicators of quality of life. One of the threats to people's presence in public spaces is anxiety or feeling of insecurity. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of police presence on people's sense of security in the resorts of Golestan, Mazandaran and Guilan provinces. Methodology: In order to reach this goal, the number of 598 people (about 200 people from each province) was selected from resorts in the provinces of Golestan, Mazandaran and Gilan by stratified random sampling method and completed researcher made questionnaire on the sense of security by the presence of the police and the data were analyzed. Findings: The findings of this study showed that people feel safe with the presence of the police, especially in the form of deployment and patrol. In terms of security and its components, there is a significant difference between the physical and symbolic presence of the police in the recesses. There is a meaningful difference in the sense of security and its components in the between deployment and patrol of police. There is no significant difference between women and men in terms of security. There is no meaningful difference between the types of feeling of security (life, financial and dignity) according to the presence of the police. Conclusion: There is a significant difference among the provinces of Guilan, Mazandaran and Golestan in terms of security feeling in the presence of the police. Therefore, the real presence of the police in the recreational facilities helps to feel security.
