بررسي نقش پليس بر ميزان تعاملات اجتماعي شهروندان در فضاهاي عمومي شهري با ميانجي‌گري امنيت اجتماعي

Investigating the role of police on the level of social interaction of citizens in urban public spaces through social security mediation

زمينه و هدف: امروزه با افزايش اندازه، وسعت شهرها، روابط اجتماعي و تعاملات بين شهروندان تضعيف گشته است. پليس به عنوان نماينده اجرايي قوه مقننه و همچنين عضوي فعال در جامعه نقش حياتي در تأمين امنيت دارد. مقاله حاضر به بررسي نقش پليس بر ميزان تعاملات اجتماعي شهروندان در فضاهاي عمومي شهري در شهر سبزوار به‌عنوان دومين شهر پرجمعيت استان مرزي خراسان رضوي پرداخته است. روش‌شناسي: روش پژوهش در اين پژوهش توصيفي-تحليلي مي‌باشد. جهت سنجش روابـط پژوهش، از پرسشـنامه محقق ساخته در قالب مقياس پنج گزينه‌اي ليكـرت استفاده شده است. روايي پرسشنامه از طريق روش محتوايي- صوري توسط تعدادي از اساتيد رشته معماري و شهرسازي و همچنين از طريق تحليـل عـاملي تأييدي براي روايي سازه مورد تأييد قرار گرفت. پايايي پرسشنامه‌ها نيـز از طريق ضـريب آلفـاي كرونباخ به تأييد رسيد.جامعه آماري پژوهش حاضر شامل239 نفر از ساكنين محله پاسداران شهرستان سبزوار بوده است كه براساس فرمول كوكران و با استفاده ازنمونه‌گيري تصادفي ساده تعيين گرديد كه با توزيـع 275 پرسشـنامه و نـرخ بازگشت 88 درصد نهايتاً 242پرسشنامه مبناي تجزيه و تحليل داده ها قرار گرفت. يافته‌ها و نتايج: يافته‌هاي اين پژوهش كه با استفاده از نرم افزار آموس و در قالب روش مدل‌يابي معادلات ساختاري انجام شده است، حاكي از آن است كه پليس از طريق برقراري امنيت جاني و مالي مي‌تواند بر افزايش تعاملات اجتماعي شهروندان اثرگذار باشد.

Background and objectives: Today, with increasing size, the expansion of cities, social relations and interactions among citizens have been weakened. Police play a vital role in providing security as an executive representative of the legislature as well as an active member of the community. The present article examines the role of police on the level of social interactions of citizens in urban public spaces in Sabzevar city as the second most populated city of border province in Khorasan Razavi province. Methodology: The research method is descriptive-analytic. A researcher-made questionnaire was used in order to measure the research relationships on the Likert Five-Point Scale. Validity of the questionnaire was verified through a content-based method by a number of faculty members in the field of architecture and urban planning, as well as through confirmatory factor analysis for construct validity. The reliability of the questionnaires was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The statistical population of the present study included 239 residents of Pasdaran district of Sabzevar city which according to the Cochran formula was determined using simple random sampling. By distributing 275 questionnaires and returning 88%, the final 242 questionnaires were regarded as the basis for the analysis of data was. Results and findings: The findings of this study, which have been carried out using Amos software and in the form of Structural Equation Modeling, suggest that police can increase the social interactions of citizens through the provision of financial and financial security.
