موضوع تحول در موقعيت و منزلت قدرت هاي بزرگ ، همواره يكي از مهمترين مباحث سياست بين الملل بوده است. در اين ارتباط ، مباحث نظري گوناگوني به ويژه از منظر مباحث رئاليستي مورد توجه قرار گرفته كه نظريه «گذار يا تحول قدرت« يكي از اين موارد مي باشد. از سوي ديگر، در طول چند دهه گذشته ، آينده پيش روي امريكا و سناريوهاي متصور براي نقش و موقعيت آن در مواجهه با تحولاتي چون خيزش قدرت هاي جديد و بروز كانون هاي جديد تهديد، به يكي از حساسيت هاي تحليل گران سياست جهاني تبديل شده كه ماحصل بررسي هاي مربوط را مي توان در حداقل سه رويكرد افول گرائي ، امريكا ستيزي و جهان پيش رو مشاهده كرد.در اين نوشتار ، بر مبناي جهت گيري نظري ، چگونگي ارتباط يابي ميان مبحث گذار قدرت و ترجمان نظري آن در قالب سه رويكرد ياد شده مدنظر است. سوال محوري عبارتست از اينكه : ديدگاه هاي آينده نگر مربوط به موقعيت و نقش امريكا كدامند و چگونه مي توان ميان آنان تعامل و هم پيوندي نظري برقرار كرد؟ و فرضيه اينكه: رويكرد هاي نظري مربوط به چگونگي تداوم يا انتقال پذيري موقعيت و نقش امريكا در جهان پيش رو در سه الگوي مفهومي مكتب افول گرايي ، آمريكا ستيزيو جهان پسا آمريكا قابل شناسايي است. اين سه در بستر تحولات بين المللي(جنگ سرد و پس از آن) ، به نوعي چارچوب تعاملي شكل داده اند كه به تقويت ادبيات معطوف به گذار قدرت منجر شده است.

Transformation of the position of great powers has always been one of the most important issues of international politics. In this regard, various theoretical debates have been considered, especially in the context of realism, one of which is power transition theory. On the other hand, over the past few decades, the future of the United States and its possible scenarios and roles in the face of developments such as the rise of new powers and new threat centers have become one of the concerns of the analysts of international politics, which can be observed in at least three approaches including decline of power, anti-Americanism and the future world. This paper examines the connection between the topic of power transition and its theoretical reflection in the three aforementioned frameworks. The central question is: what are the prospective views of the position of the United States and how they can be theoretically integrated. an‎d the hypothesis is that: theoretical approaches to how the position of the United States can continue or be transformed in the future world are identifiable by the conceptual models of the decline school, anti-Americanism and post-America world. These, along with international events (the Cold War and its subsequent developments) have formed an interactive framework that has strengthened the literature of power transition.
