چكيده فارسي :
هدف اين پژوهش شناسايي و اولويت‌بندي مؤلفه هاي سازمان ياددهنده در دانشگاهها بوده است. به اين منظور با استفاده از نظريه زمينهاي از 30 نفر از متخصصان و صاحبنظران حوزه سازمان ياددهنده شاغل در دانشگاه علوم دريايي امام خميني، مصاحبه به عمل آمد و دادهها از مصاحبهها استخراج شد. نتايج تحليل داده ها طي سه مرحله كدگذاري باز، محوري و گزينشي و پس از محاسبه روايي داده ها با استفاده از نظر مصاحبه شوندگان و متخصصان و محاسبه پايايي از طريق انجام مصاحبه هاي آزمايشي، حاكي از 12 مؤلفه اصلي بود كه در قالب مدل پارادايمي شامل عوامل اجتماعي، عوامل اطلاعاتي و فناوري، عوامل سياسي، عوامل ارزشي، عوامل اقتصادي، عوامل زيست محيطي، زيرساخت هاي سخت افزاري، زيرساختهاي نرم افزاري، زيرساختهاي فكرافزاري، سازمان يادگيرنده پايه سازمان ياددهنده، توليد دانش و انتقال دانش، مدل سازمان ياددهنده در دانشگاهها را منعكس مي كنند. همچنين در ادامه پرسشنامه محقق ساخته تهيه شد كه پس از تأييد روايي و پايايي مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ براي تأييد پايايي 0/84 محاسبه گرديد. سپس مدل مفهومي تحقيق، برازش و با استفاده از آزمون F، اولويت بندي مؤلفه ها انجام شد كه زيرساخت هاي نرم افزاري در رتبه اول و عوامل سياسي در رتبه آخر قرار گرفتند.
چكيده لاتين :
The purpose of this study was to identify and prioritize the components of the teaching organization in universities. To this end, using the ground theory, 30 experts and professionals in the area of the teaching organization working at Imam Khomeini University of Marine Sciences, were interviewed and the data were extracted from the interviews. The results of the data analysis in the three stages of open, pivotal and selective coding, and after calculating the validity of the data using the interviewees and experts, and calculating the reliability through conducting the interviews, revealed the 12 main components that the paradigmatic model template includes social factors, information and technology factors, political factors, value factors, economic factors, environmental factors, hardware infrastructure, software infrastructure, thought-ware infrastructure, learning organization as the base of teaching organization, knowledge production and knowledge transfer, reflect the model of teaching organization in universities Also, a researcher-made questionnaire was developed which was used after confirmation of validity and reliability. Cronbach's alpha coefficient was calculated to confirm the reliability of 0.84. Then, the conceptual model of the research was fitted and the components were prioritized using F test that the soft infrastructure was ranked first and political factors ranked last.
