مدل سازي ساختاري تفسيري ماموريتهاي دانشي، پژوهشي و فناوري دانشگاه ها (مورد مطالعه: دانشگاه جامع امام حسين عليه السلام)

Structural- Interpretative Modeling of Knowledge, Research, and Technology Missions of Universities (Case Study: Imam Hussein Comprehensive University) (Text in Persian)

هدف اصلي تحقيق مدلسازي ساختاري تفسيري مأموريت هاي دانشي، پژوهشي و فناوري دانشگاه جامع امام حسين(ع) است. اين مأموريتها شامل مباني و علوم انساني اسلامي، آينده­ سازي، عمق­ بخشي داخلي و عمق ­بخشي خارجي، تعالي و پيشرفت سازماني سپاه، قدرت نرم، قدرت نيمه­ سخت، و قدرت سخت است. سپاه‌ پاسداران‌ به‌ منظور مأموريت‌ پاسداري‌ از انقلاب‌ اسلامي‌ بايد برآورد صحيحي‌ از مأموريت هاي‌ گوناگون‌ و متفاوت خود داشته‌ و از انعطاف‌ لازم‌ براي پاسخ به اين مأموريت ها برخوردار باشد. دسته­ بندي اين مأموريتها در حوزه ­هاي دانشي، پژوهشي و فناوري مي­تواند پاسخگوي اين دغدغه‌ها باشد. از مدلسازي ساختاري تفسيري به منظور دسته ­بندي اين مأموريتها استفاده شد. از طريق نظرسنجي از يازده نفر از استادان و مديران ارشد دانشگاه به مدلسازي و تحليل قدرت نفوذ و وابستگي بر مبناي تجزيه و تحليل ميك ماك اقدام شد. بر مبناي نتايج يافته­ ها، علوم انساني اسلامي و آينده­ سازي در سطح 4، تعالي و پيشرفت سازماني سپاه در سطح 3، قدرت نرم، قدرت نيمه­ سخت و قدرت سخت در سطح 2 و عمق­ بخشي داخلي و عمق ­بخشي خارجي در سطح 1 قرار دارد. نتايج تحقيق نشان داد كه ريشه اصلي مأموريتهاي دانشي، پژوهشي و فناوري، علوم انساني اسلامي و آينده ­سازي است. نتايج تحقيق به مديران ارشد دانشگاه و هم­چنين مديران عالي سپاه به منظور پي بردن به ريشه اصلي مأموريت دانشي براي گسترش و توسعه آن در بدنه سپاه كمك خواهد كرد.

This research is mainly concerned with designing a structural-interpretative model for Research and Technology missions of Imam Hussein Comprehensive University. These missions include the foundations and science of Islamic humanities، future development، internal and external deepening، organizational excellence and progress of university، soft power، semi-hard power، and hard power. University must have an accurate estimation of its various missions with the flexibility to respond to these missions. Classification of these missions into knowledge، research and technology can be a response to these concerns. Interpretative structural modeling was used to categorize these missions. Eleven university professors and managers were interviewed to design the model and analyze the influence power and dependence based on the MicMac analysis. The results indicated that Islamic Humanities and future development were at 4th level، organizational excellence and progress were at the 3rd level، soft power، semi-hard power and hard power were at 2nd level، and internal and external deepening were at level 1. The results also showed that the main origins of knowledge، research and technology missions are Islamic sciences and future development. The results will help the senior managers of the university، as well as the higher commanders of the organization find out the origin of the knowledge missions to develop and expand it in the organization
