Comparative Study on Critical Normative Actor with Imam Khomeini's Foreign Policy Theory

اين پژوهش با هدف بررسي مقايسه‌اي نظريه سياست خارجي امام خميني(ره) با الگوي نظري سياست خارجي مستخرج از نظريات هنجاري و انتقادي روابط بين‌الملل انجام شده است. بررسي مقايسه‌اي مباني و اصول روش‌شناختي، معرفت‌شناختي و هستي‌شناختي هر يك از نظريات مذكور، منجر به شكل‌گيري و ارائه چارچوب مفهومي تحقيق در قالب الگوي سياست خارجي «انتقادي هنجارگرا» گرديد كه بر اساس آن، امكان تجزيه‌وتحليل و نيز فهم نظريه سياست خارجي امام خميني(ره) فراهم مي‌گردد. يافته اين پژوهش حاكي از آن است كه علي‌رغم وجود اختلافاتي در مباني نظري هر دو رويكرد مذكور، در بعد آسيب‌شناسي و تجويزگرايانه از اشتراكاتي برخوردار هستند؛ چنانچه هر دو رويكرد نظام موجود بين‌المللي را ناعادلانه، تحت نفوذ اراده و خواست قدرت‌هاي هژمون دانسته و ازاين‌رو بر ضرورت رهايي انسان‌ها از محدوديت‌هاي ساختارهاي نظام سلطه و نيز بازتعريف و باز صورت‌بندي مفاهيم و ساختارهاي آن تأكيد ‌ورزيده و به دنبال طرح‌ريزي نظامي عادلانه و هنجارگرا هستند؛ البته دراين‌بين، وجه تمايز عمده انديشه سياست خارجي امام خميني(ره) توجه و تأكيد ايشان بر بعد الهي نظام آفرينش و نيز برخورداري از رويكردي مبناگرايانه و دين‌مدارانه به پديده‌هاي آن است.

This study aimed to compare the Imam Khomeini's foreign policy doctrine with theoretical approach derived from normative and critical theory of international relations. comparative study in field of methodological, epistemological and ontological principles of any of these theories, leading to the formation of a conceptual framework towards study of foreign policy, which named here, "critical normative approach" and accordingly it make possible to analyze and understand foreign policy doctrine of Imam Khomeini (RA). Findings of this study suggest that despite the differences in theoretical foundations, both of these approaches are common in the pathological and prescriptive dimensions; both approaches regard the existing international system as unjust, under the influence of the will of the hegemonic powers, and this Emphasizes the necessity of human liberation from the constraints of the structures of the domination system, as well as the redefinition and redevelopment of its concepts and structures, and are seeking to stablish a just and normative international system; however, the main difference between Imam Khomeini's foreign policy thinking is rely on his emphasis on divine dimension of all Creation, as well as having a foundational and religious approach to its phenomena
