مطالعه قابليت‌هاي سازمانهاي مردم نهاد بومي دين ‌محور در حل چالش‌هاي پيش روي توسعه اجتماع‌ محور روستايي «مورد مطالعه: گروه جهادي طلاب عباد»

(The Study of Indigenous and Religion-Based NGO’s Capabilities to Resolve the Forthcoming Challenges of the Development of Rural, Community-Based Areas (Case Study: Ebad Theologue Jihadi Group

اين مطالعه به بررسي نقش گروه جهادي طلاب عباد، به عنوان يك سازمان مردم نهاد بومي و دين‌ محور، در توسعه اجتماع‌ محور روستاهاي مذكور، با ﺗﺄكيد بر قابليت‌هاي اين گروه در حل چالش‌هاي پيش روي اين رويكرد از توسعه مي‌پردازد. در بخش چارچوب مفهومي مفاهيم توسعه اجتماع‌ محور و چالش‌هاي پيش روي آن و نيز سازمانهاي مردم نهاد مورد بحث قرار گرفته است. اين تحقيق، پژوهشي اكتشافي و ميداني است كه با رويكرد كيفي انجام شده است و در آن داده‌هاي مورد نياز با ابزار مصاحبه عميق، مشاهده و بررسي عكس، اسناد و مدارك جمع‌آوري شده است. پس از آن ضمن كدگذاري داده‌ها در قالب تم‌هاي فرعي و اصلي، يافته‌هاي تحقيق با استفاده از روش تحليل تماتيك، مورد تحليل قرار گرفته است. يافته‌هاي تحقيق نشان مي‌دهد؛ گروه عباد فعاليت‌هاي تبليغي‌اش را به حوزه احكام و مناسك ديني محدود نكرده، به طوري كه با گسترش فعاليت‌هايش در عرصه‌هاي اجتماعي و تربيتي و نيز با تعميق ارتباطات خود با جامعه روستايي، تبديل به گروهي مرجع در روستاهاي بخش دُرُح از توابع شهرستان سربيشه در بيرجند شده است. ضمناً از قابليت‌هاي گروه براي حل چالش‌هاي پيش روي توسعه اجتماع‌ محور روستايي مي‌توان به؛ قابليت اطلاع‌ رساني و ارائه مشاوره به مسئولين محلي، قابليت كمك رساني به مردم در جهت درك دغدغه‌هاي مشترك اجتماع و حل آنها، قابليت هماهنگ ‌سازي اجتماع و قابليت ايجاد يك گروه اجتماع‌ محور مستقل اشاره كرد.

This study represents the role of the Ebad Theologue Jihadi Group as an indigenous and religion-based NGO in the development of the aforementioned community-based villages underlining the capabilities of this group to resolve the forthcoming challenges of this aspect of development. In the conceptual framework, the concepts of community-based development and its forthcoming challenges and also the non-governmental organizations have been taken into account. This study is a probative and qualitative research that has been conducted with a qualitative approach in which the required data has been collected through profound interviews, and the observation and evaluation of photos, documents and papers. Then, while the data is codified as the primary and secondary themes, the findings by the use of thematic analysis have been analyzed. The research findings show that Ebad Group has not restricted its promotional activities to religious rituals; so by the expansion of its activities in social and educational fields and also by deepening its ties with rural communities, it has been the main source group in the rural areas of Doroh in Sarbisheh district in Birjand. Additionally, other capabilities of the group to resolve the forthcoming challenges of the development of the rural, social-based communities that are worth mentioning are: the ability to inform and provide consultation to local authorities, the ability to help people understand and solve their common social concerns, the ability to create community coordination, and finally the ability to create an independent community-based group. كليدواژه‌ها [English]
