بي شك امروزه بالندگي علوم مختلف در پيدايش دانش هاي نوين مديون افرادي هستند كه بدون تعصب و با استفاده از علوم درون و بين رشته اي در يك فرآيند منطقي و با استفاده از برهان هاي نوين علمي و بدون نگراني از شرايط و جو حاكم بر جامعه علمي، به مسائل پيش رو مي نگرند. در اين بين علم اقتصاد و عالمان اين علم نيز از اين امر مستثنا نمي باشند. با توجه به شرايط امروز جهان ديگر زمان آن رسيده كه عالمان اقتصاد اسلامي با اعتقاد خردمندانه بر دانش الهي خود براي بسياري از سوالات پيش روي اقتصاددانان در دنيا پيش قدم شوند و هيچ هراسي در اين جهاد بزرگ به دل راه ندهند. تلاش و مطالعه پيش رو رشحه اي از درياي ژرف و عميق مباني اقتصاد اسلامي است كه سعي مي كند با تكميل فروض و ارائه راهكار اسلامي، وجود تعادل رقابتي را به شرط وجود تعادل جبراني از فضاي نظري به سوي عالم واقعيت سوق دهد. به عبارت دقيق تر با فرض وجود تعادل جبراني، از طريق انتقال بخشي از ذخاير دارايي و مازاد درآمد تحت عنوان خمس و زكات و نه هرگونه پرداختي ديگري(اين دو نوع پرداختي داراي قواعدي است كه با تئوري سازگاري دارد) به افراد با درآمد منفي و يا دچار ورشكستگي، تعادل رقابتي در چارچوب يك اقتصاد اسلامي امكان پذير و هيچگاه نقض نگردد.

This study is a droplet of deep sea of the foundations of Islamic economics that tries to bring competitive equilibrium from theoretical space to the real world on the condition that compensatory equilibrium exists by completion of the Islamic assumptions and presentation of the Islamic strategy. More precisely, with the assumption of compensatory equilibrium, through the transfer of a part of the assets and income surplus under the name of khums and zakat and Not any other payment (These two types of payments have rules that are consistent with the theory) to People with negative income or bankruptcy, Competitive equilibrium within the framework of an Islamic economy is possible and never get violated.
