Cultural Development and Its Features, Dimensions and Objectives in Imam Khomeini’s Viewpoints

توسعة فرهنگي به معناي ايجاد تحول و خلق ارزش‌ها، روابط اخلاقي و هنجارهاي مناسب است كه براي ارضاي نيازهاي آدمي، زمينه‌هاي لازم را در قالب اجتماع فراهم مي‌كند. فهم و شناخت مفاهيمي چون توسعه، فرهنگ و توسعة فرهنگي، در سرنوشت ملت‌ها و نيز جامعه ايران حائز اهميّت است. اولين طليعة توسعة فرهنگي در انقلاب اسلامي و در روند پيروزي و تكامل اين‌انقلاب به چشم مي‌خورد و بيشترين شعارها و اهداف انقلاب متوجه توسعة فرهنگي بوده است. بر اين اساس، پس از پيروزي انقلاب اسلامي، تبيين استراتژي جامعي در امر توسعة فرهنگي، به منزلة يك ضرورت ملّي، مورد توجه مسئولان قرارداشته است. ديدگاه‌هاي امام خميني درباة فرهنگ و توسعه فرهنگي و ابعاد و اهداف آن يكي از نيازهاي اساسي جامعه و راه‌كارهاي توسعة فرهنگي در كشوراست. دراين مقاله ابتدا تعاريف مختلفي‌از مفهوم توسعه و توسعة‌فرهنگي داده شده و سپس مهم‌ترين ابعاد، ويژگي‌ها و اهداف توسعه‌فرهنگي از ديدگاه امام خميني بيان مي‌شود.

Cultural development means creation of change and suitable values, ethical relations and norms which prepares the necessary grounds for fulfilling man’s demands in the form of society. The understanding and knowledge of concepts such as development, culture, and cultural development is of great significance in the destiny of nations, including that of Iranian nation. The first dawn of cultural development is seen in the Islamic Revolution and in the course of its victory and culmination and most of the slogans and objectives of the revolution were related to cultural development. After the victory of the Islamic Revolution, the explanation of a comprehensive strategy for cultural development was felt as a national need by the officials. Imam Khomeini’s viewpoints about culture and cultural development as well as its dimensions and objectives is one of the fundamental requirements of the country and a solution for cultural development of the country today. In the first place, various definitions of the concept of development and cultural development have been given in this paper and then the most important dimensions, features and objectives of cultural development from the viewpoint of Imam Khomeini have been discussed.
