Designing a Knowledge management model with an emphasis on Creativity and development of faculty members in universities executing distance Education

زمينه و اهداف: پژوهش حاضر به طراحي الگوي مديريت دانش با تأكيد بر خلاقيت و بهسازي اعضاي هيئت‌علمي دانشگاه‌هاي مجري آموزش از دور مي‌پردازد. روش بررسي: پژوهش حاضر ازنظر هدف، كاربردي و از نظر روش، تركيبي از نوع كمي-كيفي بوده است. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش، كليه اعضاي ‌هيئت‌علمي دانشگاه‌هاي مجري آموزش از دور كشور شامل5101 نفر بوده است. روش نمونه‌گيري در مرحله كيفي به ‌صورت نمونه‌گيري هدفمند(غير احتمالي)، شامل 12 نفر از خبرگان حوزه مديريت و در مرحله كمي شامل نمونه‌گيري تصادفي شده است و تعداد نمونه بر اساس جدول مورگان 357 نفر مي‌باشد. جهت گردآوري داده‌ها، از ابزار پرسشنامه غير‌ساختارمند، نيمه‌ساختارمند و ساختارمند استفاده ‌شده است. براي بررسي اعتبار پرسشنامه از تحليل عاملي تأييدي استفاده ‌شده است. نرمال بودن دادهها با استفاده از آزمون كولموگروف- اسميرنوف و براي تحليل مسير و بررسي برازش مدل از معادلات ساختاري با كاربرد(نرم­افزار AMOS) و براي تجزيه تحليل داده‌ها، از نرم‌افزار Lisrel v8.80 استفاده‌ شده است. يافته‌ها: وضعيت موجود مديريت دانش، خلاقيت و بهسازي اعضاي هيئت‌علمي دانشگاه‌هاي مجري آموزش از دور با توجه به بالا بودن ميانگين حاصل از ميانگين معيار(عدد50)در تمام مؤلفه‌ها، در سطح مطلوبي قرار دارد و بين مديريت دانش و خلاقيت و همچنين خلاقيت و بهسازي در جامعه آماري همبستگي معنادار مستقيم و قوي وجود دارد و درمجموع، از 4 شاخص مربوط به برازش مدل، مي­توان با تسامح گفت مدل از برازندگي نسبتاً مناسبي برخوردار است. نتيجه‌گيري: نياز به خلاقيت و بهسازي مداوم فردي، حرفه‌اي و سازماني اعضاي هيأت علمي در دانش، مهارت و نگرش‌ها داريم و اگر اين كار به ‌خوبي انجام شود مي‌توانند به عناصر تغيير بسيار مناسبي در دانشگاه‌ها تبديل شوند.

Background and Aims: The present study aimed to designing a Knowledge management model with an emphasis on Creativity and faculty members development in universities executing distance Education. Methods: The research method is combination of quantitative-qualitative type. The study population consists of all faculty members of distance education administration universities around the country that counts to 5101 members. In the qualitative phase sampling, by using purposive sampling method (convenient), consist of 12 experts in the field of management and in quantitative phase, include random sampling. To gather data, researcher used three types of self-made questionnaire (knowledge management and Creativity, improvement of faculty members). Data normality was analyzed using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test. Using structural equation model, which in fact is a combination of path analysis graph and confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation models were used to analyze the path and model fitness (using AMOS software). Results: Findings indicate that the current status of knowledge management and faculty member’s development in distance learning administration universities holds a desirable level for its all components with regard to the average result of criteria average (50). Pearson coefficient results show that there is a direct and strong significant correlation between two variables of knowledge management and creativity and also between creativity and improvement in the statistical community; and considering variable arrangement are defined 66 percent for improvement variance and 62 percent for creativity variance. The obtained model also has a good fit. Conclusions: To keep pace with new developments in the training of faculty members, we need creativity and continuous improvement of personal, professional and organizational in knowledge, skills and attitudes they have and if we do the job well, they can change into very useful elements in universities.
