مطالعه عوامل مؤثر بر اجراي دوره‌هاي همگاني آموزش آزاد درون‌خطي (موك) در آموزش عالي (پژوهش آميخته)

Perusal the factors affecting on the implementation of Massive Open Online Courses (MOOC) in higher education (Mixed Method

زمينه و اهداف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسايي عوامل مؤثر بر اجراي دوره ­هاي همگاني آموزش آزاد درون‌خطي (موك) در آموزش عالي انجام پذيرفت. روش بررسي: اين پژوهش از نوع آميخته بود. در بخش كيفي جامعه ­ي آماري پژوهش، اساتيد رشته تكنولوژي آموزشي و يادگيري الكترونيكي، دانشجويان دكتري رشته تكنولوژي آموزشي و فناوري و اطلاع‌رساني در آموزش بودند كه تعداد 18 نفر از ميان آن­ها به‌صورت هدفمند جهت انجام مصاحبه انتخاب شدند. داده­ هاي كيفي با استفاده از مصاحبه نيمه ساختاريافته گردآوري شد و با كدگذاري باز و محوري عوامل ساختاري تعيين گرديدند. روايي يافته ­ها با روش­ هاي تطبيق توسط اعضا و بررسي همكار تضمين شد. در بخش كمي با استفاده از پرسشنامه­ي محقق ساخته و ماحصل كار كيفي (با پايايي 0/86 = α) وضعيت عوامل مؤثر بر اجراي دوره‌هاي موك ازنظر 192 كاربر اين دوره‌ها تعيين شد و با استفاده از آزمون­هاي كاي اسكوئر و فريدمن تحليل گرديد. يافته‌ها: نتايج نشان داد 73 گزاره مفهومي اوليه با 16 مقوله فرعي و 5 گزاره مقوله­اي اصلي تأثيرگذار بر اجراي دوره ­هاي موك در قالب عوامل مؤثر بي‌واسطه (دروني) و باواسطه (بيروني) شناسايي و روابط بين آن­ها در قالب الگوي ساختاري ارائه شد. همچنين نتايج آزمون كاي اسكوئر و فريدمن نشان داد كه عامل رايانه ­اي و ابزارهاي ارتباط و گفتگو، عامل طراحي واسط كاربري، اجرا، ارزيابي و سنجش، عامل محيطي، عامل اطلاع‌رساني، پذيرش و مديريت برنامه و عامل يادگيرنده محوري به ترتيب اولويت به‌عنوان عوامل مؤثر در اجراي دوره­ هاي موك شناسايي‌ شده است. نتيجه‌گيري: عوامل زيادي بر اجراي دوره ­هاي موك در آموزش عالي كشور مؤثر است و اجراي اين دوره ­ها نيازمند راهكارهاي تخصصي مي‌باشد.

Background and Aims: This study aimed to identify factors affecting on the implementation of Massive Open Online Courses (MOOC) in higher education was conducted. Methods: This study was mixed. The population in the qualitative part were Professors of educational technology and e-learning, doctoral students of educational technology and information in education that 18 people among them purposefully were selected for interviews. Qualitative data were collected using semi-structured interviews and structural factors were determined with open and axial coding. The validity of the findings with comparative methods by members and peer review was guaranteed. In the quantitative section, the factors affecting on implementation of MOOC period were determined from the viewpoint of 192 user, by using the Self-made questionnaire and the outcome of the quality part (with reliability α=0/86), and were analyzed using Chi-square test and Friedman. Results: The results showed that 73 initial conceptual proposition with 16 sub-categories and 5 main categories Proposition, influencing on the course of MOOC in the form of immediate factors (internal) and intermediate (external) identification and the relationship between them was presented in the form of structural pattern.
