برآورد ميزان دانش و نگرش محيط‌زيستي و رابطه آن با عوامل سياسي- اجتماعي (مورد مطالعه: كاركنان شركت‌هاي دانش‌بنيان كشاورزي استان‌هاي همدان و كرمانشاه)

Estimating of Environmental Knowledge and Attitude and Its Relationship with Socio-Political Factors (Case Study: Agricultural KnowledgeBased Companies Staffs of Hamedan and Kermanshah)

رشد جمعيت و آلودگي حاصل از فعاليت­هاي آنها و تغييرات اقليمي قرن اخير، نگراني­ ها را در مورد حفظ محيط زيست براي نسل آينده بيشتر كرده است. به طوري­كه امروزه در بيشتر دنيا ترويج دانش و نگرش زيست ­محيطي يكي از گرايش­ هاي مهم فكري و راهبردهاي سياسي است. توسعه اين تفكر در سازمانهاي مردم نهاد مثل شركت­هاي دانش ­بنيان نيز در صدر قرار دارد. بنابراين هدف اصلي اين پژوهش، سنجش دانش و نگرش محيط‌زيستي كاركنان شركت­هاي دانش ­بنيان كشاورزي و رابطه آن با عوامل سياسي ـ اجتماعي بود. اين تحقيق از روش توصيفي ـ همبستگي است كه از نظر ماهيت از نوع پژوهش­ هاي كمّي محسوب مي‌شود. جامعه آماري اين تحقيق را كاركنان و مديران شركت­هاي دانش­ بنيان كشاورزي استان كرمانشاه و همدان تشكيل دادند. تعداد اين افراد براساس آخرين آمار مراكز رشد استان كرمانشاه و همدان 175 نفر بود. براي تعيين جامعه نمونه از روش تمام­ شماري استفاده شد كه در اين پژوهش تعداد 175 نفر در پژوهش شركت نمودند. ابزار اصلي تحقيق در مرحله ميداني پرسشنامه بود. سؤالات پرسشنامه شامل سه بخش بود: سؤالات بخش اول را ويژگي ­هاي دموگرافيكي كاركنان تشكيل دادند، بخش دوم را مقياس براي سنجش ميزان دانش و بخش سوم را مقياسي براي سنجش نگرش زيست­ محيطي كاركنان و مديران تشكيل داد. شاخص ­ها و مقوله­ هاي مورد نظر براي سنجش نگرش زيست­ محيطي از مقياس NEP مبناي كار قرار گرفت. پس از طي فرآيند داده‌ پردازي، محاسبات آماري (توصيفي و استنباطي) با استفاده از برنامة SPSS15 وAmos22انجام شد. نتايج تحقيق نشان مي­ دهد، سياست­گذاري­ هاي دولتي، پايبندي خانواده به حفظ محيط زيست، رسانه، عضويت درNGO ، تحصيلات و آموزش موجب تغيير در نگرش افراد به محيط زيست مي­ گردد.

Population growth and pollution resulting from their activities and climate changes of the last century, has increased concerns about preserving the environment for future generation so that nowadays environmental knowledge and attitude improvement is one of the major intellectual trends and political strategies in most countries of the world. Development of this critical thinking has the first rank in NGOs such as the knowledge-based companies. The main objective of this study was to assess the environmental knowledge and attitude of staffs in agricultural knowledge-based companies and its relation with socio- political factors.This research is a descriptive- correlational one and it’s a quantitative research in terms of its nature. The statistical population were Kermanshah and Hamadan knowledge-based companies staffs and managers. According to latest statistics of growth centers the number of people was 175 in Kermanshah and Hamadan. The census method was used for determining the sample size in this study, 175 people participated in the study. In a survey, instrument of the research was a questionnaire. The questionnaire contained three parts: the first part were staffs demographic questions, Part II was an scale formed for measuring the knowledge of staffs and managers and Part III was related to their environmental attitude.The related indicators and categories for assessing the environmental attitude from NEP scale were selected as the basis of the project. After the process of data processing, statistical analysis (descriptive and inferential) using the SPSS15, Amos22 softwares was done. The results show that government policy makings, family commitment to protecting the environment, media, being a member of the NGO, education and training lead to changes in people's attitude to the environment.
