بررسي جهت گيري تجديد نظر طلبي در سياست خارجي جمهوري اسلامي ايران (1392-1384)

Analysis of Revisionism Orientation in Islamic Republic of Iran’s Foreign Policy (2006-2013) Based on International Systemic Theory

سياست خارجي هر كشور يكي از مهم ترين موضوعات و عرصه هايي است كه موردتوجه نظريه پردازان و محققان علوم سياسي و روابط بين الملل قرارگرفته است. اتخاذ سياست خارجي از سوي هر كشور از علل و عوامل گوناگون و متنوعي نشات مي گيرد. در خصوص بررسي و تحليل سياست خارجي كشور ها نظريه پردازان و محققان از نظريه ها و الگوهاي گوناگوني استفاده مي كنند كه يكي از اين نظريه ها الگويِ سيستميك است. اين پژوهش درصدد به كارگيري اين الگو جهت بررسي سياست تجديد نظر طلبي در سياست خارجي جمهوري اسلامي ايران در دوران رياست جمهوري محمود احمدي نژاد است. هدف اين پژوهش بررسي و نشان دادن امكان به كارگيري نظريه سيستميك روابط بين الملل به عنوان چارچوب نظري براي تبيين و بررسي جهت گيري تجديد نظر طلبي در سياست خارجي محمود احمدي نژاد است. بنابراين، سوال اصلي پژوهش عبارت است از اينكه آيا امكان كاربرد نظريه سيستميك روابط بين الملل به عنوان چارچوب نظري در بررسي جهت گيري تجديد نظر طلبي در سياست خارجي محمود احمدي نژاد وجود دارد يا خير؟ فرضيه اين پژوهش با در نظر گرفتن فرآيند تعاملي ميان عناصر و اجزاء از طريق نهاده، تبديل و داده و نيز بازخورد از قابليت زيادي در تبيين سياست تجديد نظر طلبي در سياست خارجي محمود احمدي نژاد برخوردار است. اما همواره بايد در نظر داشت كه اين نظريه نيز به مانند ساير نظريه ها از توان و قابليت كافي در خصوص تبيين كليت و تماميت سياست خارجي جمهوري اسلامي ايران برخوردار نيست. اين پژوهش با رويكردي توصيفي- تحليلي صورت گرفته و گردآوري داده ها به صورت اسنادي و كتابخانه اي است.

Foreign policy of the country comes from diverse causes. The analysis of foreign policy researchers use a variety of theories and models that one of these theories is systemic pattern. This study aims to assess the systemic application of theory revisionist policy in the Islamic Republic of Iran's foreign policy during the presidency of Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. The aim of this study demonstrates the feasibility of applying the system of international relations theory as the theoretical framework for explaining and revisionist policy in the foreign policy of President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. The main research question is whether the applicability of the system of international relations theory as the theoretical framework revisionist policy in the foreign policy of President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad in there? The answer is that the revisionist policy in the foreign policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran under President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad، systemic theory of international relations can be regarded as a proper model and theoretical framework. So this theory by taking an interactive process between the elements and components of the input، conversion and data as well as feedback from many capabilities in explaining Mahmoud Ahmadinejad's foreign policy is the policy of revisionism. One should always bear in mind that this theory also stays the exact same power. The capabilities of other theories of knowledge about the foreign policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran do not explain the totality.
