بررسي اثربخشي دوره هاي آموزش عمومي بورس اوراق بهادار تهران در ارتقا دانش مالي و فرهنگسازي شركت كنندگان

Exploring the efficiency of stock exchang puplic training courses in Tehran to raise the financial knowledge and culture participannts

هدف از اين پژوهش بررسي اثربخشي آموزش عمومي بورس اوراق بهادار تهران در ارتقا دانش مالي و گسترش فرهنگ سهامداري شركتكنندگان در اين دورههاي آموزشي ميباشد. در اين پژوهش براي اندازهگيري ميزان ارتقا دانش مالي و گسترش فرهنگ سهامداري از پرسشنامه محققساخته استفاده شده و براي بررسي ميزان پايايي پرسشنامه از روش آلفاي كرونباخ استفاده شده است. در اين پژوهش از روش سرشماري استفاده شده و تمام شركت-كنندگان در دوره آموزشي تابستانه سال 1390 مورد بررسي قرار گرفتهاند. جهت آزمون سوالات پژوهش از آزمون T وابسته استفاده شده است. يافتههاي اين پژوهش نشان ميدهد، رابطه بين آموزش و ارتقا دانش مالي و فرهنگسازي مثبت بوده و اين آموزشها كاملاً اثربخش بودهاند. نتايج ديگري كه از اين پژوهش از طريق آزمونT مستقل و آزمون تحليل واريانس يك طرفه بهدست آمده نشان ميدهد جنس، سن و تحصيلات تاثيري در اثربخشي آموزش در ميان شركتكنندگان ندارد.

This study examined the effectiveness of public training courses in Tehran Stock Exchange to promote financial knowledge and culture among the participants. In this study to measure the financial knowledge and culture of the stakeholders is used of the questionnaire and to check the reliability of the questionnaire is used Cronbach's α (alpha). In this stud is used the census method and all participants have been studied in the course of summer in 1390.To test the research questions is used of the dependent T-test.The findings show a positive relationship between education and the promotion of financial knowledge and a culture and this has been quite an effective Other results of this research through a one-way analysis of variance test and independent T-test Shows the sex، age and education does not affect the effectiveness of training among the participants.
