بررسي مهارت هاي حرفه اي و عملي مدرسان مراكز تربيت معلم از ديدگاه مديران، مدرسان و دانشجويان

The Study of the Teachers' Practical and Professional Skills from the Viewpoint of Teachers’ and Learners

كيفيت بخشي به آموزش، گزينه اي است كه تمامي نظام هاي آموزش پرورش جهان به آن توجه دارند. كه حذف خطاها، رفع نيازهاي فراگيران، دسترسي به آموزش اثربخش، بهبود دايمي جريان ياددهي- يادگيري و در نهايت مطابقت با استانداردهاي بين المللي آموزشي را تامين مينمايد؛. يكي از حوزه-هاي مهم و اساسي در اين رابطه، قابليت هاي حرفه اي مدرسان مراكز تربيت معلم مي باشد؛ كه با اتكا به آن آموزشي اثربخش را شاهديم. و فرآيند ياددهي - يادگيري به گونه اي موثر اجرا ميگردد. مقاله حاضر با استناد به پژوهش نگارنده تحت عنوان: «بررسي كيفيت بخشي آموزشي مراكز تربيت معلم در ايران با توجه به عوامل پداگوژي و جامعه شناسي از ديدگاه مديران، مدرسان و دانشجويان مراكز تربيت معلم» ارائه ميگردد. هرچند موارد فوق دربرگيرنده موارد پژوهش استناد شده نميباشد، لاكن براساس موضوع مقاله به فرضيه يك كه همانا مهارت هاي حرفه اي معلمان ميباشد اشاره شده است. در پژوهش فوق، با جامعه آماري كه كل مديران، مدرسين و دانشجويان مراكز تربيت معلم را پوشش داده است؛ مهارتهاي حرفه اي و عملي مدرسين از ديدگاه دانشجويان، مديران، مدرسان تفاوت معناداري دارد. و از آنجا كه در اين پژوهش 18 درصد از واريانس كيفيت بخشي مراكز تربيت معلم توسط مهارت حرفه اي و عملي مدرسين تبيين شده است؛ مهمترين عامل در كيفيت بخشي به عملكرد مراكز تربيت معلم، از ديدگاه مديران، دانشجويان و مدرسان، روش هاي آموزشي به كار گرفته شده توسط مدرسان ارزيابي شده است و روشهاي آموزشي جهت دهنده كل فرآيند آموزشي خواهد بود. با توجه به حساسيت هاي فوق و روند تعبيرات فن آوري در عرصه تعليم و تربيت و به تبع آن به كارگيري موثر در روش هاي نوين آموزشي و همچنين تجربيات عملي در پست معاونت آموزشي طي سالهاي متمادي نگارنده را بر آن داشت تا نگاهي مجدد به قابليت هاي حرفه اي مدرسان مراكز تربيت معلم داشته و راهكارهايي را در اين راستا پيشنهاد نمايد.

Education quality is an option that all education systems of the world take it into account. In education quality which includes omitting errors, answering the learners' needs, accessing an effective education, permanent improvement of teaching-learning current and finally meeting international education standards, teacher and his training is the central point of education quality. Teachers' professional capabilities and skills can be regarded as one of the important and basic fields in this regard by which we will observe an effective education. This paper is presented by referring to the writer's research entitled "The study of the education quality of Iran’s teacher training centers considering pedagogical and sociological factors according to managers', teachers' and students' view of those centers". In this research, teachers' professional and practical skills had a significant difference in accordance with students', managers' and teachers' views. And, 18% of quality variance of Teachers Training Centers has been specified by teachers' professional and practical skill. Finally, educational methods were considered as the most important factor in quality of Teachers Training Centers by managers, students and teachers and educational methods will direct the whole of education process. According to those sensitivities and technological interpretation,trend in education and training area and in consequence, its effective employment in educational modern methods and so practical experience as deputy of education during years motivated the writer to have a look back to the teachers' professional capabilities in Teachers Training Centers and recommend some guidelines.
