بحث از الگوي توسعه شهري و تحليل فضايي عوامل موثر در توسعه نامتوازن اين الگوها مسئله اصلي تحقيق حاضر مي باشد كه به اين منظور عوامل موثر در اين توسعه نامتوزان با روش پنل دلفي با نظر سنجي از سي نفر از خبرگان شهر بانه شناسايي و تحليل فضايي بر روي آنها با استفاده از آزمونهاي آماري تي تست و فريدمن در محيط spss انجام گرفته است. نتايج تحقيق نشان مي دهد كه براساس نظر كارشناسان بعد اقتصادي (با تاكيد بر بعد بازرگاني) اصلي ترين عامل اين توسعه نامتوازن و ناپايداري الگوي توسعه شهري بوده است.همچنين بر اساس مدل هلدرن معلوم گرديد كه عامل اصلي پراكنده رويي شهر بانه افزايش جمعيت ناشي از مهاجرتهاي روستا شهري بوده است كه علت اصلي اين امر فرصت هاي شغلي كاذب ايجاد شده در شهر بانه مي باشد بنابراين در راستاي نتايج و اهداف تحقيق پيشنهاد مي گردد كه در توسعه آتي شهر بانه به بعد اقتصادي و كاربري هاي مرتبط با آنها توجه خاص مبذول گردد. از طرفي نيز توجه به نياز مسكن مهاجرين روستايي و تمركز بر توسعه دروني شهر از اهميت ويژه اي برخوردار است.
