ابعاد نظري و عملي تكليف‌گرايي در انديشه سياسي امام خميني(ره)

در منظومه فكري امام خميني(ره) به عنوان انديشمند بزرگ و تأثير‌گذار اسلامي، مسئله تكليف‌گرايي مبناي عملگرايي قرار گرفته و عملا سعادت و تعالي فرد و جامعه انساني در گرو عمل به وظيفه مي‌باشد. تقدم، تاخير يا تلازم «حق» و «تكليف» انساني از بنيادي‌ترين مسائل مكاتب فكري بشري بوده و هر مكتب فكري مي‌كوشد با ترسيم نظام دانايي، پاسخي شايسته به اين مهم دهد. در نگاه تكليف‌گرايانه امام خميني(ره)، پيروزي انقلاب اسلامي نتيجه عمل به تكليف الهي و همچنين لازمه تحقق اهداف عاليه انقلاب اسلامي، تداوم و التزام به تكليف است. نظر به اهميت اين موضوع، اين پ‍ژوهش با روش هرمنوتيك متن محور، درصدد پاسخ به اين پرسش است: «ابعاد نظري و عملي اصل تكليف‌گرايي در منظومه فكري امام خميني ره چيست؟». اين مقاله مي‌كوشد به تبيين اصل تكليف گرايي در انديشه امام خميني ره بپردازد. يافته‌هاي پژوهش حكايت از آن دارد كه: 1. حق و تكليف در انديشه امام ره تلازم دارد. 2. قاعده اوليه در اين رابطه «اصل بودن تكليف ـ فرع بودن نتيجه» است.3. عامل به تكليف، پيروز حقيقي در دو حالت پيروزي يا شكست ظاهري است.4. تكليف‌گرايي بر بنيان‌هاي هفت‌گانه «تكليف به مثابه منشأ عمل»، « تكليف يك امر همگاني»، «محدوده تكليف، توان انسان»، «دروني و عقلاني بودن احساس تكليف»، «شرعي بودن امر تكليف»، «پيروزي مطلق در عمل به تكليف»، « واجب بودن اداي تكليف» استوار شده است. 5. تكليف‌گرايي در انديشه امام ره متشكل از اركان عبادي، سياسي، اقتصادي، اجتماعي و امنيتي است. 7. حفظ نظام جمهوري اسلامي از بزرگترين تكاليف مسلمانان است. 8. پيامد تكليف گرايي در بعد فردي، اطمينان قلبي و در بعد جمعي حفظ مكتب الوهيت محمدي (ص) است.

In intellectual system of Imam Khomeini as the greatest and most influential Islamic thinker، issue of obligationism is basis of pragmatism. Practically happiness and excellence of the individual and society depend on doing duties. Priority، delay، or correlation of right and obligation is the most fundamental human school of thought. Every School of thought tries to find appropriate answer while depicting intellectual system to this important issue. From obligationism perspective of Imam Khomeini، victory of Islamic revolution is the consequence of doing divine duty and fulfilling the excellent goals of Islamic revolution depends on continuity and commitment to the task. With regard to importance of issue، this study wants to answer the question by means of text-centered hermeneutic method: what are theoretical and practical dimensions of obligationism in political thought of Imam Khomeini (RA)?. This paper tries to explain principle of obligationism in thought of Imam Khomeini (RA). The findings of study suggest that: (1) the right and obligation are correlational from Imam’s perspective; (2) the primary principle in correlation is the originality of obligation – nonoriginality of consequence; (3) the doer of obligation is true winner in the event of apparent victory or apparent defeat; (4) the obligation is based on the seven fundaments i.e. obligation as source of action، obligation as public matter، human ability as obligation limit، internality and rationality of human obligation، religiousness of obligation، absolute victory in doing obligation، obligatoriness of obligation; (5) obligation from Imam’s perspective is considered as religious، political، economic، social and security pillars; (6) preserving Islamic republic regime is the great duty of Muslims; (7) the consequence of obligation in individual dimension is heart assurance and that in public dimension is perseveration of Mohammad (PBUH)’s divinity school.
