تحليلي تطبيقي پيوند توسعه يافتگي و روند گسترش نظام شهرنشيني در ايران و جهان

A Comparative Analysis of the Relationship between Development and Urbanization in Iran and the World

فرايند شهرنشيني در مناطق مختلف جهان از ابعاد و زواياي گوناگون موردبحث و بررسي قرارگرفته است. يكي از اين ابعاد مبحث توسعه است كه نظرو توجه بسياري از محققان عرصه شهر را به خود جلب نموده است.در اين راستا تلاش هاي صورت گرفته در جهت بررسي پيوند ميان توسعه يافتگي با فرايند شهرنشيني كشورها را مي توان در ارزيابي ميزان سلامت يا عدم سلامت روند تحولات نظام اجتماعي- اقتصادي يك جامعه رديابي كرد. بدين نحو كه هر چه همبستگي و نزديكي ميان بحث توسعه و فرايند شهرنشيني بيش تر و بالاتر باشد روند تحولات و پيشرفت هاي اجتماعي-اقتصادي جامعه از درجه سلامت بيش تري برخوردار بوده و ميزان آسيب هاي اجتماعي-اقتصادي و فرهنگي جامعه پايين تر خواهد بود و هرچه همبستگي ميان اين دو كم تر و فاصله آن ها از هم بيش تر باشد نشان از عدم تعادل و سلامت تحولات و پيشرفت هاي اجتماعي-اقتصادي جامعه دارد و ميزان آسيب ها در همه ابعاد بالا خواهد بود. هدف از نگارش اين مقاله بررسي و ارزيابي ميزان همبستگي ميان شاخص هاي توسعه و نظام شهرنشيني در ايران مي باشد به همين منظور، نخست به بررسي وجوه تفاوت نظام شهرنشيني در كشورهاي شمال و جنوب پرداخته شده و سپس با استفاده از شاخص هايي همچون ميزان توليد ناخالص داخلي، ميزان سواد و اشتغال و مقايسه آن ها با نسبت هاي شهرنشيني كشور و استان ها طي دوره هاي مختلف آماري، سعي شده تا وضعيت توسعه در ارتباط با شهرنشيني ايران تبيين گردد. در اين مقاله از روش تحليلي-تطبيقي استفاده شده و جهت سنجش ميزان توسعه يافتگي و نرخ شهرنشيني استان ها از تكنيك رتبه بندي بهره گرفته شده است. نتايج تحقيق نشان مي دهد كه ميزان پيوند و ارتباط ميان شاخص هاي توسعه اقتصادي و انساني با فرايند شهرنشيني در ايران بسيار ضعيف بوده و از الگوي مشخص و قابل فهمي پيروي نمي كند.

So far، the process of urbanization in different parts of the world and from different aspects has been discussed، one of the aspects of the topics and focus areas of the city that has attracted many researchers. Dedication and effort in examining the relationship between cities and the urbanization of countries can discuss and present an assessment of the degree of health or lack of healthcare developments of socio – economic status. In this way، the stronger the correlation between development and urbanization process، the more developed and improved from socio - economic status it will be. Having this purpose in mind، primarily the researcher has spent time analyzing the urbanization systems in the North and the South Countries referring to such indexes as Net Gross Product while addressing Provinces in Iran the amount of income along with the achieved profit and comparing them with the rate of urbanization across the country. In this paper an analytical - comparative method is deployed to research the advantage and the measure of development and urbanization of Iran along with rating provincial ranking techniques. The results show that the strength and degree of correlation between economic and human development indicates poor correlation between urbanization process and indicators of human development; an understanding that does not follow any predictable pattern of change and development .
