تحليل فضايي پراكنش «بانك» و مكان يابي بهينه آنها ( مطالعه ي موردي: شهر سقز)

Analysis of spatial distribution of Bank and Optimal Locating (Case Study: City of Saqqez)

بانك ها از جمله مراكز خدماتي مهم شهر مي باشند، مكان قرارگيري شعب بانك در سطح شهر محركي براي جذب مشتري و رضايت آنان به حساب مي آيد؛ لذا ضروري است كه مكان استقرار آن ها به صورتي انتخاب شود كه دسترسي عموم ساكنين شهر را فراهم آورد. هدف اصلي در تحقيق كه با روش توصيفي- تحليلي انجام گرفته است، اين است كه نحوه توزيع و پراكنش بانك ها در شهر سقز نشان داده شود و نقاط بهينه براي احداث شعب جديد تعيين گردد جهت نيل به اين هدف از مدل تحليل شبكه اي ، شاخص هاي موران ، رگرسيون وزني جغرافيايي و مدل تحليل شبكه استفاده شده است . همچنين از نرم افزار هاي ARC/GIS و Super Decisions جهت ترسيم لايه ها بهره گرفته شده است. نتايج حاصل از تحقيق نشان مي دهد كه با توجه به شعاع عملكردي نامناسب و سرانه بسيار پايين بانك ها، دسترسي به كاربري بانك در اين شهر در وضعيت مطلوبي قرار نداشته و همه جمعيت شهر نمي توانند به صورت عادلانه و برابر از اين مراكز بهره مند گردند. لذا با تلفيق لايه هاي مختلف كاربري-هاي تاثيرگذار، نقشه نهايي فضاهاي بهينه جهت احداث شعب بانك جديد در 5 دسته از بسيارخوب تا بسيار ضعيف تقسيم بندي و پيشنهاد گرديد.

Banks are including in major service centers. Location of bank branches in the city is an incentive to attract customers and their satisfaction، so it’s essential to select their location so that provide residents public access. The main objective of the study that has been fulfilled in a descriptive-analytic method is that to show the model of bank distribution in Saqqez city and specify the best places for building banks. In order to attain the purpose of، ANP، means of Geographically Weighted Regression and network analysis methods were used and for performing such operations، ARC /GIS، and Super Decisions software have been used. Results of the research showed that According to The radius of theinappropriate and Per capita much lower ، access to the User bank In this city is not desirable and all population cannot used to justly and equal From this centers . Thereafter by combining the various layers of influential uses، final map of optimal spaces has organized and suggested for building new Bank branches in 5 categories from very good to very weak.
