Background, Possibility and Perspective of the Model of Establishing the Universal Pole of Islam

انديشه اتحاد اسلامي از ديرباز، به ويژه در دو قرن اخير، دغدغه برخي از نخبگان و انديشمندان مسلمان بود. با اين حال، هنوز، با وجود آماده تر شدن شرايط داخلي و خارجي براي هم گرايي مسلمانان و تصريح رهبر معظم انقلاب اسلامي به لزوم ايجاد قطب جهاني اسلام - كه ضرورتي شرعي و عقلي دارد و آرماني تاريخي است - ، همچنان درك مناسبي از صورت بندي اتحاديه اسلامي و نقشه تحقق آن در دست نيست. البته، عدم انتشار آثار چشمگير در اين زمينه، بر سختي برون رفت از اين بحران افزوده است. در اين شرايط، آيا مي توان از راه بررسي وضعيت و موقعيت كشورهاي اسلامي، الزامات و راهكارهاي تحقق قطب جهاني اسلام را در الگويي نظري شفاف، ارائه كرد؟ (سوال) دستيابي به قطب جهاني اسلام نيازمند استقرار حكومت هاي ديني - مردمي، اتحادِ بيشتر دولت هاي اسلامي و استقلال از قدرت ها و اتحاديه هاي بين المللي است. (فرضيه) مقصد مقاله آن است كه نشان دهد كشورهاي اسلامي چگونه مي توانند با روي آوردن به مردم سالاري ديني، نخستين مقدمه تشكيل يك قطب بين المللي اسلامي را فراهم آورند. (هدف) ارائه چارچوبي براي تشكيل قطب جهاني اسلام - به شيوه نظريه مبنايي (روش) ايفاي نقشي اثرگذار در هندسه قدرت جهاني با حفظ حاكميت كشورهاي اسلامي، از راه اصل دعوت به پذيرش جهاني حكومت اسلامي، يافته دستاورد مقاله حاضر است. (يافته)

The idea of Islamic unity, especially in the last two centuries, has been the concern of some Muslim scholars and intellectuals for a long time. Yet, despite preparation of internal and external conditions for the convergence of Muslims and also the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution's emphasis on the necessity of establishing a Universal Pole of Islam, which is religiously and intellectually essential and is a historical ideal, a proper understanding of Islamic unio‎n formulation and its road map is not available. Moreover, the lack of significant publications in this field has added to the difficulty of escaping this crisis. In these circumstances, can we present the requirements and solutions of fulfilling the Universal Pole of Islam in a clear theoretical model by examining the situation and location of Islamic countries? (Question) Achieving Universal Pole of Islam requires the establishment of religious-democratic governments, unity of Islamic governments and independence from other international powers and organizations. (Hypothesis) The purpose of this article is to show how Islamic countries can provide the first introduction to formation of an international Pole of Islam by resorting to religious democracy. (Objective) Presenting a framework for establishing the Universal Pole of Islam, using the basic theory approach (Methodology), for effective role in the geometry of global power by maintaining the sovereignty of Islamic countries through the invitation to global acceptance of the Islamic government is the achievement of the present paper. (Finding)
