هندسه نفوذ سياسي و تاثير تهديدهاي آن بر امنيت ملي؛ با تاكيد بر رهنمودهاي رهبري

The Geometry of Political Infiltration and the Effects of its Threats on National Security; By Emphasis of the Guidelines of the Leader

نفوذ، پديده تازه اي نيست و مطالعه درباره آن، قدمت طولاني ندارد (تاريخچه)! پس از انقلاب اسلامي، به رغم مواجه بودن دستگاه ها با آن، به مطالعه جامع نفوذ، توجه همه جانبه نشده و تنها به ابعاد امنيتي آن پرداخته شده است (پيشينه). هشدارهاي فراوان رهبر معظم انقلاب(ره) درمورد نفوذ، محقق را بر آن داشته است كه به چرايي اين تاكيدات، مخاطب اين تاكيدات و چگونگي اثرگذاري اين امر توجه كند (مسئله). ازاين رو، سوال اصلي تحقيق پيش رو، اين است كه هندسه نفوذ سياسي در كلام رهبري چگونه ترسيم شده است(سوال)؟ طبق تعاريف موسعي كه از امنيت ملي صورت گرفته، لازم است پديده نفوذ را با نگاه به آن مورد توجه قرار دهيم (فرضيه). نگارندگان به دليل نوپايي بحث نفوذ، بيشتر در پي تجميع مدلول سخنان رهبري در طي ساليان گذشته بوده (هدف) و تحليل هاي ميان رشته اي و تخصصي مبتني بر دسته بندي ارائه شده از مجموع سخنان رهبري در اين تحقيق را به محققان ديگر واگذارده اند (روش). در خلال مطالعه سخنان رهبري در اين تحقيق، اين نكته به دست مي آيد كه نفوذ، پديده اي همه جانبه به لحاظ روش و مخاطب، متناسب با نقاط ضعف، زايل كننده نقاط قوت است و راه شناخت نفوذ و اشخاص و طيف هاي مورد نفوذ واقع شده، تمسك به سنجش تقويت يا تضعيف عناصر انقلابي، مُعد قوت در امنيت ملي است (يافته).

Infiltration is not a new phenomenon and its investigation does not have a long history (History)! After the Islamic Revolution, despite encountering it, infiltration is not comprehensively studies and has not been given a holistic attention and only its security dimensions have been dealt with (Background). Warnings of the Supreme Leader regarding infiltration made the researcher to pay attention to reasons of these warnings, their audiences and how they affect other issues (Problem). Therefore, the main question of the present research is: How the geometry of political infiltration can be drawn in the words of the Supreme Leader (Question)? According to the definitions presented for national security, it is necessary to consider the phenomenon of infiltration by looking at the specific issue (Hypothesis). The authors mostly sought to collect the reference of the words of the Leader in the past because of the novelty of the issue of infiltration (Objective) and inter-disciplinary and technical analyses based on the present categorizations presented from the words of the Supreme Leader are left for other researchers (Methodology). By studying the words of the Leader in the present research, it is understood that infiltration is a comprehensive phenomenon with regard to its method and audience, and along with weak points, it destroys positive points and the way of recognizing infiltration and infiltrated people and groups is resorting to assessing the enforcement or weakening the revolutionary elements and this will strengthen national security (Finding).
