چكيده فارسي :
در دهه‌هاي گذشته، دو نهاد دهياري و شوراي اسلامي، نهادهاي محلي مشاركت‌كننده در مديريت و توسعة روستايي بوده‌اند. نكتة مهم در اين زمينه، تعاملات اين دو نهاد با يكديگر در راستاي توسعة نواحي روستايي است؛ زيرا دهياري، نهادي اجرايي است كه در راستاي تصميمات و مشاركت شوراي اسلامي اقدام مي‌كند؛ بنابراين، ارزيابي تعاملات دهياران و شوراي اسلامي در مديريت و توسعة نواحي روستايي براي مشخص‌كردن مسائل و مشكلات در اين زمينه و بهبود شرايط كنوني اهميت دارد. پژوهش حاضر، بررسي كمّي و از نوع توصيفي - تحليلي است. روش پژوهش نيز پيمايشي (ميداني) است. جامعة بررسي شده شامل افراد ساكن در روستاهاي داراي دهياري و شوراي اسلامي در بخش دهدز شهرستان ايذه، بالغ بر 13021 نفر است. براساس رابطة كوكران، حجم نمونه بالغ بر 373 نفر محاسبه شد. نتايج نشان دادند به‌طور‌كلي تعاملات بين دهياران و شوراهاي اسلامي چندان مطلوب نيستند. بررسي آزمون تي تك‌نمونه‌اي و الگوي معادلات ساختاري، بيان مي‌كند شاخص اجتماعي، از نظر تعاملات دهياران و شوراهاي اسلامي وضعيتي مناسب، اما از نظر شاخص‌هاي اقتصادي، زيست‌محيطي و كالبدي وضعيت ضعيف‌تري داشته‌اند و تعاملات و روابط، نامطلوب بوده‌اند. نوع روابط دهياران و شوراهاي اسلامي بايستي زمينه‌ساز توسعة پايدار شود؛ درحالي‌كه نتايج، چنين وضعيتي را نشان نمي‌دهند؛ بنابراين، دهياران و شوراهاي اسلامي بايد همة شاخص‌هاي توسعه را به‌صورت يكپارچه دنبال كنند و با ايجاد تعاملات در همة شاخص‌ها، مديريت و توسعة روستاها را محقق كنند.

During recent decades, two institutions -Dehyari and Islamic Council- have participated in the rural management and development, as local institutions. One of the important points in this respect, is the interaction of these two institutions in order to develop rural areas, as Dehyari acts as an executive institution, aligned with the decisions of Islamic Council, and to have participation with. Therefore, interaction assessment between Dehyars and Islamic Council in the management and development of rural areas to improve the current situation, is important. This research is descriptive-analytical and from the type of quantitative surveys. The research method is also a survey (field study). The research population includes people residing in villages that have Dehyari and Islamic council, in Dehdez Section of Izeh County, that encompassed over 13021 people. Based on Cochran's formula, sample size was calculated more than 373 people. Result showed that interactions between Dehyars and Islamic Councils is not much desirable. Reviewing one-sample t-test and Structural Equations Model indicate that social indicator has been in a good situation, in terms of Dehyars and Islamic Councils interactions, but economic, environmental and physical indicators enjoy weak condition, while interactions and relationships being undesirable. The type of relations between Dehyars and Islamic Councils should pave the way for reaching sustainable development, while the results do not show this situation. Therefore, Dehyars and Islamic Councils must pursue all development indicators in an integrated way; and creating interactions in all indicators, realized rural development and management.
