مؤسسات مالي و اعتباري از جمله مهمترين كاركردهاي اقتصادي شهري است كه زمينه‌ي رقابت بين شهري و درون شهري را در بين محلات شهر مهيا مي‌سازد. از اين رو الگوي توزيع فضايي اين تسهيلات و رعايت توزان در مكان‌يابي و استقرار آن امري بسيار مهم است كه تحت تاثير عوامل مختلفي قرار دارد. از اين رو مدل‌ها و ابزارهاي آمار فضايي موجود در سيستم اطلاعات جغرافيايي مي‌تواند در شناسايي پهنه‌هاي تمركز مؤسسات مالي و اعتباري و سنجش الگوي توزيع فضايي آن‌ها و تعيين عوامل مؤثر بر پراكنش فضايي - مكاني اين تسهيلات مؤثر واقع شود. از اين رو تحقيق حاضر با هدف بررسي الگوي توزيع فضايي مؤسسات مالي و اعتباري موجود در شهر اردبيل و سنجش ميزان ارتباط بين تراكم جمعيت و ميزان پراكنش مراكز مالي مستقر در شهر و به منظور شناسايي و تعيين عوامل مؤثر بر پراكنش فضايي اين تسهيلات انجام شده است. براي سنجش الگوي توزيع فضايي مؤسسات مالي و اعتباري از مدل‌هاي نزديك‌ترين همسايگي، منحني انحراف استاندارد و خوشه‌بندي كم و زياد، در راستاي بررسي خودهمبستگي فضايي بين تراكم جمعيت و تعداد مراكز مالي از شاخص دومتغيره موران و جهت مدلسازي عوامل مؤثر بر پراكنش فضايي تسهيلات مذكور نيز از مدل حداقل مربعات معمولي و رگرسيون وزني جغرافيايي (GWR) استفاده شده است. نتايج به دست آمده از يافته‌هاي تحقيق نشان مي‌دهد كه مؤسسات مالي و اعتباري شهر اردبيل به صورت خوشه‌اي و در جهت شمالي و جنوبي اين شهر استقرار پيدا كرده است. بين جمعيت و تعداد مراكز مالي موجود در هر ناحيه نيز خودهمبستگي فضايي مثبت ضعيفي برقرار بود كه نشانگر كم توجهي به اين عامل در مكانيابي مؤسسات مالي و اعتباري مي‌باشد. همچنين نتايج مدل رگرسيون وزني جغرافيايي با R2‌ي برابر با 0/88 و R2 تعديل شده‌ي 0/84، نشان دهنده‌ي تاثيرگذاري متغيرهاي مستقل در پراكنش مكاني - فضايي مؤسسات مالي و اعتباري بوده است.

This research aimed to investigate the spatial distribution of financial institutions and credit in Ardabil and to assess the relationship between population density and the distribution of financial centers in the city and to identify factors influencing the spatial distribution of these facilities is done. To measure the spatial distribution of financial institutions and credit nearest neighbor models, the standard deviation curves and clustering high and low, in order to examine the spatial correlation between population density and the number of financial centers index and for modeling the factors affecting the distribution of bivariate Moran These facilities spatial regression model and ordinary least squares and geographical weight regression(GWR) is used. The results of the research findings show that financial institutions and credit Ardabil to cluster in north and south direction the city has established. Between the population and the number of financial centers in each area as well as spatial autocorrelation, there was a weak positive, indicating little attention to this factor is the positioning of financial institutions and credit. Also geographical weighted regression model with determination coefficient of 0.88 and adjusted coefficient of determination of 0.84 indicating influence of independent variables in the spatial distribution of financial and credit institutions.
