بررسي ديدگاه مديران مدارس درباره عملكرد دوره هاي آموزشي ضمن خدمت

آموزش و ارتقا‌ي نيروي انساني در هر سازمان جايگاه ويژه‌اي دارد. آموزش ضمن‌خدمت كاركنان نقش بسزايي در ارتقاي كارايي و اثربخشي سازمان‌ها دارد. دوره‌هاي آموزش ضمن‌خدمت معمولاً تقويت قابليّت‌هاي كاركنان و تسهيل كسب دانش، ايجاد روحيّه و توانايي‌هاي مربوط به بهبود عملكرد نيروي انساني را شامل مي‌شود با توجّه به وظايف سنگين آموزش وپرورش در عرصه‌ي فعّاليّت‌هاي اجتماعي، فرهنگي، ضروري است كه اين سازمان به آموزش و ارتقاي كاركنان در جهت به روز كردن دانش ومهارت‌هاي فنّي توجّه ويژه‌ داشته باشد. در اين پژوهش بنابر اهمّيّت و ضرورت آموزش‌ ضمن‌خدمت، عملكرد دوره‌هاي آموزشي از نظر مديران مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است. جامعه‌ي آماري تحقيق مديران مدارس هستند،كه تعداد 115 نفر طبق نمونه‌گيري تصادفي ساده، متناسب با حجم جامعه انتخاب شده‌اند. ابزار گردآوري اطّلاعات پرسش‌نامه مي‌باشد. براي سنجش روايي پرسش‌نامه از نظر اساتيد و كارشناسان مسئول آموزش ضمن‌خدمت استفاده گرديد و روايي آن مورد تاييد قرار گرفت.هم‌چنين براي سنجش پايايي پرسش‌نامه آن را در جامعه‌ي 30 نفري اجرا و پايايي آن با استفاده ازضريب آلفاي كرونباخ 85/0 محاسبه‌ شد. هر پرسش‌نامه شامل 25 سؤال كوتاه پاسخ و يك سؤال باز پاسخ ويژه مديران طرّاحي شده است.يافته‌هاي پژوهش حاكي از آن است كه مديران مدارس با عملكرد دوره‌هاي آموزشي ضمن‌خدمت برگزار شده به لحاظ مؤلّفه‌هاي افزايش دانش 95/3، رضايت شغلي 99/2، استفاده‌ي بهينه از امكانات 91/7، مشاركت 99/3، مسئوليت‌پذيري 96/3 ، نسبتاً موافق بوده‌اند و عملكرد مطلوب دوره‌هاي ضمن‌خدمت را تاييد كرده‌اند.

Manpower education and improvement its own special position in any given organization. In-service personal education plays an important role in promoting efficiency and effectiveness of organizations. In-service education courses usually reinforcement of existing abilities facilitate learning and creating mentality and improving manpower performance. Regarding heavy duty of the ministry of education in the field of social and cultural activities, it is necessary for this organization to have a special attention to teacher's technical skills and try the present research according to the importance and necessary of in-service education studies the performance of these courses from the principal's point. Population of the research includes principals, from which 115 people were selected randomly in accordance with the population. The medium for gathering data is quastionaiers.In order to evaluate the reliability of quastionaive.The view point of professors and experts in charge of in-service education were used and it was approved by faculty. and also to summative assessment of the questionnaire, it was conducted in group of 30 people and its reliability was assessed through Cronbach Alpha %85. Every questionnaire consisted of, 25 short answer questions and only one free answer questions designed for principals. Findings show that principals are to somewhat content with in-service education, in the field adding knowledge, job satisfaction, optimum use of facilities, participation, Responsibility. The research suggests that school administrators with the training courses component to increase knowledge of the service held 95/3, job satisfaction 99/2, the optimal use of facilities 91/7, taking responsibility 96/3 has been relatively sympathetic to the and optimal performance of the service have confirmed.
