The relationship between organizational health and performance of the Director of Education District 9 of Tehran

در اين تحقيق به بررسي رابطه سلامت سازماني با عملكرد مديران آموزش و پرورش منطقه 9 شهر تهران در سال تحصيلي 1389-1388مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است . طرح تحقيق حاضر از نوع همبستگي مي‌باشد. جامعه آماري تحقيق حاضر نيز تمامي معلمان مقطع متوسطه منطقه 9 شهر تهران در سال تحصيلي 1389-1388 مي‌باشند كه از اين تعداد 120 نفر با استفاده از فرمول حجم نمونه كوكران انتخاب شده اند . در اين تحقيق براي جمع آوري اطلاعات از پرسشنامه سلامت سازماني و پرسشنامه عملكرد استفاده شده است . در تحقيق حاضر چهار فرضيه در مورد همبستگي سلامت سازماني و عملكرد فني انساني ادراكي و عملكرد كلي مديران مطرح شده است . با استفاده از مدل آماري رگرسيون چندمتغيري به آزمون‌ فرضيه‌‌هاي تحقيق پرداخته شده و يافته‌هاي تحقيق نشان داد كه بين عملكرد فني، عملكرد انساني و عملكرد ادراكي مديران با سلامت سازماني ارتباط مثبت معني‌داري در سطح 0/01=α وجود دارد. بدين ترتيب كه با افزايش عملكرد مديران در هر سه بعد فني، ادراكي و انساني، سلامت سازماني نيز افزايش مي‌يابد.

This research deals with the relation between the organizational health and the performance of Tehran principals in the ministry of education in the educational year of 1388-1389. The research plans a correlative form. The statistical community of the research includes all the high school teachers in Tehran in the educational year of 1388-1389 which 120 of them were chosen by kokran sample mass formula. The organizational health questionnaire and performance questionnaires were used to collect the in this research . Four hypothesizes have been stated about the correlation among organizational health human technical performance the general performance of principals .The hypothesizes were tested by regression statistical multi hypothetical model and the results showed that there is a positive meaningful related among technical performance human performance conceptional performance of principals with organizational health at the level of ∂=0/01 . In a way that the rise of principals performance in all the technical conceptionally dimension increases the organizational health.
