رابطه بين سرمايه اجتماعي با رفتار شهروندي و كارآفريني سازماني در دانشگاه هاي آزاد اسلامي بسيار بزرگ استان مازندران

Relationship between social capital and citizenship behavior and organizational entrepreneurship in the major grade Islamic azad universities of mazandaran

پژوهش حاضر به بررسي رابطه سرمايه اجتماعي با رفتار شهروندي سازماني و كارآفريني سازماني در دانشگاه­ هاي آزاد اسلامي بسيار بزرگ استان مازندران مي‌پردازد. از نظر ماهيت، توصيفي از نوع «همبستگي» و از نظر هدف، كاربردي مي باشد. جامعه آماري كليه اعضاي هيأت علمي تمام وقت و نيمه وقت دانشگاه هاي آزاد بسيار بزرگ مازندران به تعداد 986 نفر مي باشد. حجم نمونه با استفاده از جدول كرجسي و مورگان 278 نفر تعيين گرديد. ابزار گردآوري داده ها سه پرسشنامه استاندارد مي باشد.براي توصيف داده ها از آمار توصيفي (فراواني و درصد، ميانگين، انحراف استاندارد و نمودارها)، براي آزمون فرضيه ­ها از آمار استنباطي و براي بدست آوردن رابطه بين متغيرها از آزمون هاي ناپارامتري اسپيرمن، رگرسيون و واريانس با استفاده از نرم افزار spss، استفاده شده است. در تحليل نهايي تمامي فرضيات پژوهش در سطح اطمينان 95 درصد مورد تأييد قرار گرفتند، نتايج اين پژوهش نشان مي‌دهد بين سرمايه اجتماعي با رفتار شهروندي سازماني و سرمايه اجتماعي با كارآفريني سازماني رابطه معني‌داري وجود دارد. نتيجه اينكه وجود روابط و پيوندها بين اعضا در سازمان به ‌تبع خود همكاري‌هاي غيررسمي و داوطلبانه بين اعضا و همچنين ايجاد محيطي شاداب، خلاق، پويا و نوآور را جهت دسترسي به اهداف سازمان به دنبال خواهد داشت.

The present study investigates the relationship between social capital and organizational citizenship behavior and organizational entrepreneurship in the large Islamic Azad universities of Mazandaran province. From the point of view of nature, a description of the type of "correlation" and in terms of purpose, is applicable. The statistical population of all full-time and part-time full-time and part-time full-time Azad Universities of Mazandaran is 986 people. The sample size was determined by using Morgan's and Krejsi's ​​tables of 278 people. Data were collected using three standard questionnaires. To describe the data, descriptive statistics (frequency and percentage, mean, standard deviations and charts), and inferential statistics were used to test the hypotheses, and to obtain the relation between variables, Spearman nonparametric tests, regression and The variance has been used with spss software. In the final analysis, all of the research hypotheses were confirmed at 95% confidence level. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between social capital and organizational citizenship behavior and social capital with organizational entrepreneurship. The result is that there will be relationships and links between members in the organization as a result of unofficial and voluntary cooperation between the members as well as creating a vibrant, creative, dynamic and innovative environment for achieving the goals of the organization.
