تبيين ساختار سلسله مراتب اداري گوركانيان، با تكيه بر منشآت بدايع الانشاء يوسفي هروي( 940 ق)

نامه‌نگاري كه در قديم به آن فن «ترسّل» مي‌گفته‌اند، به‌عنوان يكي از فنون انشاء و نويسندگي در گسترة فرهنگ و ادب فارسي، جايگاه ويژه‌اي دارد و نامه‌هاي برجاي‌مانده از هر دوران حكومتي، اطّلاعات ارزشمند ادبي، تاريخي، اجتماعي، سياسي و غيره را در برمي‌گيرد كه پرداختن به آن‌ها در حيطة پژوهش‌هاي تاريخي بسيار راهگشاست. بدايع الانشاء يوسفي هروي يكي از اين منابع مكتوب است كه برحسب سلسله‌مراتب اداري و مشاغل ديواني، در زمان همايون شاه گوركاني نگارش يافته است. هدف: نظر به اهميّت ميراث مكتوب، هدف اين پژوهش در وهلة نخست، معرّفي نسخه‌اي مربوط به دورة گوركانيان، به‌منظور استفاده در پژوهش‌هاي ادبي و تاريخي و در وهلة دوم، تبيين ساختار سلسله‌مراتب اداري اين دوره با تكيه بر محتواي اين اثر است. روش/ رويكرد: روش مورداستفاده در اين تحقيق، توصيفي- تحليلي، بر اساس نسخة خطي بدايع الانشاء و ساير منابع تاريخي موجود است. يافته‌ها و نتايج: نامه‌هاي بدايع الانشاء به‌عنوان يكي از آثار ارزندة دورة گوركانيان، اطّلاعات مفيدي درزمينة سلسله‌مراتب اداري، مشاغل ديواني، مذاهب و آيين‌ها، آداب‌ورسوم و شيوة نامه‌نگاري مرسوم در اين دورة تاريخي را آشكار مي‌نمايد.

Purpose: Tarassol (= art of epistolary), as a technique of essay writing and composition, contains precious historical, social, and political information. YusefiHeravi 's BadaayeOl-ensha is one such work which has been composed according to the rules of administrative hierarchy and bureaucratic positions in the time of Humayun, the second emperor of the Mughal Empire (ruled from 1531–1540 and again from 1555–1556).The aim of this research firstly is to introduce a less known manuscript, secondly to cast light on the administration hierarchy of the empire. Method/Research Design: the letters of BadaayeOl-ensha are examinedfor both the content and literary value. Prevalent style of letter writing in this period is explained too. Findings and Results: Like any similar historical text, BadaayeOl-enshaexplains the administrative hierarchy of the Mughal Empire. The letters reveals the three styles of writing addressing the three orders of administrative positions. Also in the contents of letters, especially in the epistolary part (the third part), common customs and traditions of the court are mentioned. The letters also show similarities of court traditions and practices in India and Iran.
