چكيده فارسي :
ميزان و شدت خونريزي‌هاي، ويراني‌ها و خسارت‌هاي جاني و مالي در جنگ، متأثر از رويكرد اخلاقي يا غير‌اخلاقي رهبران فكري و به تبع آن جنگجويان مي‌باشد. تئوري اخلاقِ جنگ مي‌كوشد ماهيت رفتار نظاميان با نيروهاي متجاوز و غيرمتجاوز را تبيين نمايد. با شروع خشونت وصف‌ناپذيرِ گروه تروريستي داعش در عراق، آيت‌الله سيستاني با صدور بيانيه‌‌اي خطاب به نيروهاي مجاهد عراقي و حشد الشعبي، آداب و حدود اخلاقي حاكم بر جهاد در اسلام را، تبيين نمودند. اين نوشتار با كاربست روش تحليل محتواي كيفي، درصدد پاسخ به اين سؤال اصلي است: «رهيافت آيت‌الله سيستاني به اخلاق جنگ چيست؟».
بر اساس يافته‌هاي پژوهش، «اخلاق صيانتي» توان تحليل تئوري اخلاقِ جنگ در ديدگاه آيت‌الله سيستاني را دارد. اخلاقي كه مستند به آيات و سنت ائمه اطهار (ع)، صيانت از دين، جان و مال انسان‌ها (حتي دشمنان) را اصل و محترم مي‌شمارد و مي‌كوشد در ابعاد استراتژيك، تاكتيكي و رفتار جنگجويان، موازين اخلاقي و ارزش‌هاي انساني را حاكم نمايد. به اعتقاد آيت الله سيستاني برخورداري مجاهدان از موهبت و بركات الهي منوط به رعايت اين حدود اخلاقي در جنگ با دشمنان مي‌باشد.

The extent and severity of the destruction and financial damages are the effects of the ethical and unethical approaches of intellectuals and the warriors. The theory of war ethics intends to define the nature of forces’ behavior with the un/aggressor. With the start of ISIS war in Iraq, Ayatollah Sistani issued a statement addressed to the Iraqi Mujahedeen forces to explain the ethics of Jihad in Islam. This article using qualitative content analysis methods aims to to reply to the main question: “what is Ayatollah Sistani’s approach to war ethics?”
According to former studies, “preventive ethics” have the power to analyze the theory of war ethics in Ayatollah Sistani’s perspective. The ethics that are based on the Koranic verses and Sonat, respect people’s life and property, and try to align them with the human values and moralities. Based upon these ethics, Mojahedins can benefit from Gods’ blessings to the extent that war ethics are respected.
