بررسي تحليل زمينه‌ها و عوامل تقابل بازاريان با حكومت پهلوي دوم، بر اساس «مدل بسيج» چارلز تيلي (1340-1357)

Analysis of Contexts and Reasons of the Conflict between Bazaaris and Pahlavi Government II Based on “Mobilization Model” of Charles Tilly (1941-1979 A.D)

نقش سرنوشت ساز بازاريان در حركت‌هاي اعتراضي عصر پهلوي دوم همواره مورد توجه پژوهش گران بوده، ولي عوامل نارضايتي آنها از حكومت مذكور و مشاركت گستردۀآنها در حركت‌هاي ضد حكومتي اين دوره، كه هدف اصلي پژوهش حاضر است، كمتر مورد توجه قرار گرفته است؛ بنابراين، سوال محوري پژوهش حاضر، اين است كه چه عواملي زمينه ساز نارضايتي، مخالفت و كنش جمعي بازاريان عليه حكومت، در دورۀ مورد بحث بوده است؟ فرضيه اصلي اين پژوهش، اين است كه مخالفت و اقدام جمعي بازاريان عليه حكومت پهلوي، از يك سو ريشه در قابليت‌ها و ويژگي‌هاي خاص بازاريان داشته و از سوي ديگر، نتيجه سياست‌ها و عملكرد خصومت آميز حكومت مذكور عليه بازاريان بوده است. در اين تحقيق تلاش شده تا با بهره گيري از روش تحليلي- تاريخي، و با تكيه بر متغيرهاي اصلي «مدل بسيج» چارلز تيلي، تبيني واقعي و روشن براي اين سوال، ارايه شود.بر اين اساس، ابتدا نقش ويژگي‌ها و توانمندي‌هاي خاص بازاريان در اين زمينه و سپس، نقش و عملكرد دولت و تاثير آن بر جهت گيري‌ها و پويش‌هاي سياسي بازاريان، مورد ارزيابي و تحليل قرار گرفته است.

Although the substantial role of Bazaaris in protesting movements during period of Pahlavi II has been considered by researchers، the analysis of reasons for their dissatisfaction with Pahlavi government II and their widespread participation in protest against government in this period، which is the subject of present study، has been less regarded. Therefore، this study investigates the reasons of Bazaaris’ dissatisfaction and their organized protest against Pahlavi government II، which can be as result of not only their special capabilities and abilities but also the policies and the hostile reactions of government to Bazaaris. This study endeavors to present a logical and clear explanation of mentioned subject based on main variables of “mobilization model” of Charles Tilly with analytical- historical approach. Consequently، first the role of Bazaaris’ potential capabilities in this area and second the role and conduct of government and its impact on the orientation and political movements have been investigated.
