سازوكارهاي راهبري شركتي و واكنش بازار سرمايه به كيفيت حسابرسي

Corporate Governance Mechanisms and Capital Market Reaction to Audit Quality

هدف از انجام اين تحقيق، بررسي تاثير سازوكارهاي راهبري شركتي بر واكنش سرمايه گذاران نسبت به كيفيت حسابرسي مي باشد. به اين منظور، ابتدا رابطه كيفيت حسابرسي و سازوكارهاي راهبري شركتي با بازده آتي سهام مورد آزمون قرار گرفت. سپس، تاثير سازوكارهاي راهبري شركتي بر رابطه بين كيفيت حسابرسي و بازده آتي سهام بررسي شد. جامعه آماري اين تحقيق شركت هاي پذيرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران طي سال هاي 1383 تا 1390 مي باشد. نتايج تحقيق حاكي از وجود رابطه معني دار بين معيارهاي كيفيت حسابرسي (به استثناي اندازه موسسه حسابرسي) و سازوكارهاي راهبري شركتي (به استثناي درصد اعضاي غيرموظف هيئت مديره) با بازده آتي سهام است. همچنين نتايج نشان داد كه سازوكارهاي راهبري شركتي بر رابطه بين كيفيت حسابرسي و بازده آتي سهام، تاثير معني داري ندارد

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of corporate governance mechanisms on investors’ reaction to audit quality. For this، at first the relationship of audit quality and corporate governance mechanisms with future stock return were tested. Then، the effect of corporate governance mechanisms on the relationship between audit quality and future stock return was examined. The statistical population was the listed companies in Tehran Stock Exchange during 2004 to 2011. The results indicated that audit quality criteria (except audit institute size) and corporate governance mechanisms (except non-executive board members ratio) have significant relationships with future stock return. Also، the results showed that corporate governance mechanisms have no significant effect on the relationship between audit quality and future stock return.
