چكيده فارسي :
تحقق كارآمدي نظام جمهوري اسلامي، از مسائل اصلي جامعه ايران است. افزون بر مشكلات عيني در عرصه هاي مديريتي كشور، مطرح شدن الگوي حكومت ديني در سطح بين المللي نيز بيانگر اهميت آن مي باشد. با توجه به ابتناي نظام ج.ا.ا بر مباني ديني، پژوهش حاضر در پاسخ به اين پرسش كه «فقه سياسي اماميه در راستاي كارآمدي نظام ج.ا.ا از چه ساز و كارها برخوردار و نحوه تحقق آن كدام است؟» مي كوشد با روش توصيفي ـ تحليلي و تجويزي، اين فرضيه را اثبات كند كه «فقه سياسي اماميه در راستاي كارآمدي نظام ج.ا.ا از دو دسته ساز و كارهاي بينشي - ارزشي و سازوكارهاي احكامي ـ رفتاري برخوردار است و وصول به اين هدف، نيازمند كاربست رهيافت سيستمي جامع نگر به كارآمدي نظام ج.ا.ا و فقه سياسي اماميه به صورت توأمان ميباشد». ماهيت نظاممند و به هم پيوسته نظام سياسي و فقه سياسي، اقتضاي اتخاذ مدلي علمي مينمايد كه پوششدهنده همه ابعاد، عناصر و تعاملات داخلي و بيروني اين دو متغير بوده، قابليت سازوكارهاي فقه سياسي را در راستاي كارآمدي نظام ج.ا.ا و چگونگي اثرگذاري را به بهترين وجه ممكن تبيين كند.
چكيده لاتين :
The fulfillment of efficiency of Islamic republic system is considered as the main issue of Iran’s community. In addition to the objective problems in the management domain of the country, presenting a paradigm in favor of the religious government in the international level is the evidence of its importance as well. Regarding the religious foundation of Islamic republic system, the present research is to answer this question in regard with the kinds of strategies of Imamiyeh political jurisprudence and the way of realizing them in line with the efficiency of Islamic republic system and through the descriptive-analytical and prescriptive method, it endeavors to confirm this hypothesis that Imamiyeh political jurisprudence is equipped with two kinds of value - ideological as well as regulatory- behavioral strategies and achieving this aim is in need of taking comprehensive systemic strategy towards the efficiency of the Islamic republic system and Imamiyeh political jurisprudence concurrently. Thanks to the systematic and united quiddity of political system and political jurisprudence, it is required a scientific method that covers all the dimensions, elements, internal and external interactions of these two variables to perfectly clarify the capability of political jurisprudence strategies in line with the efficiency of Iran Islamic republic system.
