The Formation Basis of ISIS Terrorist Group in Central Asia: Contexts of Rising

گروه تكفيري تروريستي داعش از ابتداي ظهورش در منطقه شامات شامل سوريه و عراق، ولايت خراسان (افغانستان و بخش هايي از آسياي مركزي) را به عنوان قلمرو خود مطرح ساخت و از اين طريق موجوديت و هويت خود را تحت همين عنوان مطرح كرد. نخستين مسئله اي كه در رابطه با حضور داعش در منطقه ولايت خراسان به ويژه آسياي مركزي كه نقطه تمركز پژوهش حاضر بر آن است، به ذهن متبادر مي‌شود اين است كه زمينه هاي اصلي و بسترهاي شكل گيري حضور و نفوذ داعش در اين منطقه چيست؟ فرضيه مقاله آن است كه ساختار سياسي اقتدارگرا و سكولار، رويكرد و اقدامات نادرست دولت‌هاي منطقه در برابر جرايان افراط گرايي، گروه‌هاي بنيادگراي افراطي در منطقه، بافت اجتماعي شكننده و پيچيده كشورهاي آسياي مركزي، كانون هاي جغرافيايي بحران زا در منطقه چون دره فرغانه و افغانستان و نيز حضور اتباع كشورهاي منطقه در تركيب مبارزات داعش از مهم­ترين عواملي است كه مي تواند به شكل گيري داعش در اين منطقه بيانجامد. مقاله از روش توصيفي تحليلي و شيوه جمع آوري اسناد از منابع معتبر كتابخانه‌اي بهره گرفته است

Since the emergence in Levant، including Iraq and Syria، ISIS Takfiri، the Terrorist Group، has claimed Khorasan Province (Afghanistan & some regions in central Asia) as part of its teritory and in this way proclaimed its identity under this title. The questions about the presence of ISIS in Khorasan Province، especially in central Asia، which is the research focus، are: what are the main contexts of ISIS formation & influence in this region? What potentials and capacities does central Asia possess to give this extremist Group the opportunity of emergence? Temporary answer to this question as the hypothesis is that authoritarian and secular political structure، wrong approach and actions of regional governments in facing extremism، extremist fundamentalist groups in the region، volatile and complex social context in central Asian countries، critical geographic hot spots such as FerganaValley and Afghanistan and presence of civilians of countries of the region in ISIS ranks are the most important factors which led to appearance of ISIS. The design of the present article is descriptive-analytical method and the related data were collected through library and online sources.
