امنيت شخصي يكي از مسائل مهم نظام هاي مردم سالار و اصلي مهم در حقوق بشر محسوب مي گردد. اين بعد از امنيت بر سه ركن اساسي جان، اموال و حيثيت افراد استوار است و به معناي ايجاد شرايط مناسب براي تحصيل و استيفاء حقوق شهروندي و انساني بدون هراس و مصون از تعرض ها مي باشد. از آنجايي كه حريم خصوصي، كرامت انساني، حفظ دارايي هاي شهروندان، صيانت از حيثيت و آبروي اشخاص براي بنيانگذار جمهوري اسلامي ايران حائز اهميت مي باشد و همچنان اين مسائل در نظام جمهوري اسلامي ايران مهم مي باشند، اين مقاله سعي دارد به اين سوال پاسخ دهد كه مولفه هاي امنيت شخصي از منظر امام خميني(ره) كدامند؟ براي پاسخ به اين سوال از روش توصيفي-تحليلي و مطالعات كتابخانه اي استفاده گرديده است و مرجع اين بررسي ها، مجموعه آثار امام خميني(ره) با محوريت صحيفه امام مي باشد. يافته هاي مقاله حاكي از آن است كه امام خميني(ره) به مقوله حفظ و صيانت از امنيت اشخاص توجه ويژه اي داشته اند و مي توان فرمان هشت ماده اي ايشان را منشور حقوق شهروندي و امنيت شخصي دانست. برخي از مولفه هاي امنيت شخصي از منظر امام(ره) شامل؛ برخورداري از آزادي براي شهروندان، پاسداشت حريم خصوصي و شخصي، كرامت انساني شهروندان، حفظ حيثيت اشخاص در جامعه، ممنوعيت شكنجه با مجرمان و امنيت قضايي مي باشد.

After security, it is based on the three pillars of life, property and dignity of individuals, which means creating the right conditions for studying and upholding the rights of citizenship and humanity without fear and immunity. Since privacy, human dignity, the preservation of citizens' assets, the safeguarding of the dignity and dignity of individuals is important for the founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and these issues are also important in the Islamic Republic of Iran, this paper tries to answer this question. What are the components of personal security in the perspective of Imam Khomeini? To answer this question, the descriptive-analytical method and library studies have been used and the reference of these studies is the collection of Imam Khomeini's (Imam Khomeini's) works based on Imam Khomeini's point of view. The findings of the paper indicate that Imam Khomeini has considered the issue of protecting and protecting the security of individuals, and his eight-year ruling can be considered a charter of civil rights and personal security.
