بازتعريف حزب مطلوب و نقش آن در جامعه سياسي از ديدگاه رهبران جمهوري اسلامي ايران

Redefining eligible party and its role in political society on Islamic Republic of Iran’s supreme leaders’ point of view

يكي از لوازم اساسي در بومي‌سازي و توليد علوم انساني اسلامي، بازطراحي مفاهيم بنيادين اين حوزه است. از اين منظر تلقّي و تعريفي كه از جامعه و سياست و نسبت اين دو در جامعه‌شناسي سياسي ارائه مي شود، مي‌تواند در تعريف و جايگاه احزاب به‌عنوان نهاد واسط ميان جامعه و حكومت، تأثيرگذار باشد. اعتقاد نويسندگان اين مقاله بر اين است كه در مباني فكري رهبران انقلاب اسلامي و طرّاحان نظام جمهوري اسلامي، نظريه سياست اسلامي و جامعه‌شناسي اسلامي قابل استنباط و استخراج است كه مي‌توان بر اساس آن به تبيين جامعه سياسي و جايگاه و نقش احزاب در آن دست‌يافت. بر اين اساس؛ نظريات حضرت امام خميني(ره) به عنوان پايه گذار انقلاب اسلامي ايران و حضرت آيت الله خامنه اي رهبر جمهوري اسلامي و آيت الله مرتضي مطهري در مورد احزاب مورد تاكيد قرا گرفته اند. چارچوب نظري در اين مقاله نظريه «اصالت توأمان فرد و جامعه» است كه بر اساس آن محوريت قدرت به ‌عنوان موضوع و غايت «سياست» نفي شده و سياست به «علم هدايت جامعه»، باز تعريف مي شود. در اين نگاه، احزاب به ‌عنوان نهادهاي اجتماعي موثّر در جامعه‌پذيري سياسي و هدايت اجتماعي مورد توجّه قرار مي گيرند و بر اين اساس تمايز حزب در رويكرد اسلامي با ادبيات موجود غربي از ديدگاه رهبران جمهوري اسلامي تبيين مي‌گردد. روش تحقيق اين مقاله توصيفي - تحليلي و روش گردآوري اطلاعات كتابخانه اي خواهد بود.

One of the fundamentals in naturalization and generation of Islamic humanistic science is redefining these concepts. In this regard, our understanding of society and politics and their relation in political sociology would affect in defining and positioning parties as an intermediary organism in society-government relation. Islamic politics and sociology are presumable notions in intellectual nitty-gritties of Iran’s Islamic republic supreme leaders and its grounders. These notions can clarify concepts like political society, and parties’ role and position in the society.Based on this:we will explain The IMAM KHOMEINI'S APPROACH(leader and founder of the Islamicof the Islamic Republic of Iran )and Ayatollah Khamenei the leader of Islamic Republic of Iran and Ayatollah Morteza Motahari, about the role of parties in hslamic government. In this approach, parties’ role would be marked as effective social organisms in political socialization in society guidance, based on Individual and community Simultaneous Theory (Collectivist and Individualistic Community Orientation) and with rejection of rule-governed society as government’s goals.
