تحليل و ارزيابي وضعيت رشته علوم سياسي در ايران: سنجش نگرش استادان علوم سياسي دانشگاه تهران

ANALYSIS and EVALUATION OF POLITICAL SCIENCE DISCIPLINE IN IRAN: Measuring the Attitudes of Political Science Professors at Tehran University

درك وضعيت رشته علوم سياسي و ارزيابي نقاط قوت و ضعف آن يكي از دغدغه­ هاي اصلي پژوهشگران و استادان علوم سياسي در يك دهة اخير بوده است. ضرورت بحث در اين زمينه اين مسئله باز مي ­گردد كه تاكنون پژوهشي ميداني براي درك نظر استادان علوم سياسي دانشگاه تهران – به عنوان يكي از بازيگران اصلي رشته علوم سياسي - و تحليل ديدگاه ­هاي آنان دربارة وضعيت كنوني و آيندة احتمالي رشته علوم سياسي در ايران انجام نشده است. بنابر اين، پرسش اصلي اين است كه وضعيت و جايگاه رشتة علوم سياسي را در حال حاضر و آينده چگونه ارزيابي مي ­كنيد؟ محور اصلي بحث در مقاله حاضر، سنجش نگرش استادان علوم سياسي دانشگاه تهران در رابطه با وضعيت آموزشي و پژوهشي رشته علوم سياسي است. به منظور سنجش وضعيت موجود، متغيرهايي در رابطه آموزش، پژوهش، ميزان علاقمندي به رشته، ميزان رضايت از رشته، ميزان تمايل به انجام كارهاي پژوهشي و فعاليت ­هاي گروهي انتخاب شده كه بيانگر نگرش استادان در اين زمينه باشد. جامعة آماري نيز شامل كلية استادان گروه علوم سياسي دانشگاه‌ تهران در سال تحصيلي 1396-1397 است كه تعداد آنها 29 نفر بوده است. هدف اصلي نوشتار حاضر، توصيف و تحليل نقاط قوت و ضعف رشتة علوم سياسي براي ارتقاي جايگاه آن در ساختار دانشگاهي كشور است.

Understanding the status of the political science and evaluating its strengths and weaknesses is one of the major concerns of scholars and political science professors in the latest decade. The need for discussion in this regard is related to this fact that so far field research has not been conducted to understand the views of political science professors of the University of Tehran - as one of the main actors - and to analyze their views on the current status and potential future of political science in Iran. So, the main question is how do you assess the status and position of the political science in present and future? The main focus of the discussion in this paper is to measure the attitudes of political science professors in Tehran University regarding the status of education and research in the field of political science. In order to measure the status quo, the variables affecting the relationship between education, research, degree of interest, degree of satisfaction, degree of willingness to do research works and group activities were selected that reflect the attitudes of professors in this field. The statistical society includes all political science professors of Tehran University in the academic year 1396-1397 (2017-2018), of which 29 persons were. The main purpose of this paper is to describe and analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the political science in order to promote its position in the academic structure of the Iranian universities.
