Model of educated and training Marine Sciences internship (Case Study: Marine Science University Internships)

اين تحقيق يك مطالعه كيفي (مصاحبه نيمه ساختاريافته) بوده كه با هدف طراحي مدل تربيت و آموزش كارورزي دريانوردي، صورت پذيرفته است. به اين منظور، متخصصان علوم دريانوردي كه كارورزي‌هاي دريانوردي را براي دانشجويان دانشگاه علوم دريايي در سه سال اخير اجرا كرده‌اند، انتخاب شدند و از طريق نمونه‌گيري هدفمند افسران رشته تحصيلي ناوبري و فرماندهي كشتي، مديريت و كميسر دريايي، مهندسي مكانيك و برق(مهندسان فني) به وسيله پرسشنامه باز پاسخ (مبتني بر چشم انداز، ماموريت و اهداف دانشگاه‌هاي علوم دريانوردي) احصا و تحليل محتوا شده است. سپس، از طريق گروه كانوني اين متخصصان كه مسوول تربيت و آموزش دانشجويان دانشگاه علوم دريايي نيز مي‌باشند، شاخص‌هاي ارتقاي آموزش در اجراي كارورزي دريانوردي مشخص شده‌ و اقدامات مديريتي متناظر اين شاخص‌ها تدوين گرديده‌اند. بر اساس مطالعات به عمل آمده از مدل‌هاي راهبردي آموزش و الگوهاي تربيتي، همچنين، مولفه‌هاي مورد نظر متخصصان دريانوردي و تربيتي در پرسشنامه بازپاسخ، مدل مفهومي طراحي، كه به منظور داشتن يك راهبرد مدون براي اجراي كارورزي، به دانشگاه‌هاي علوم دريايي پيشنهاد مي‌گردد.

Training different fields of science and technology in the high education system reflects the fact that in addition to theoretical training, practical training and skills are also taken into consideration. Job skills and educating professional and skillful staff are very important in marine science. This study’s qualitative and it has aimed to design a model for marine science internship education and training. In order to achieve this aim, the maritime experts who had executed the last three years internship of Imam Khomeini Maritime University, were selected. Using stratified sampling, these experts’ key beneficiaries’ expectations, including deck officers, ship management Marine logistics officers, mechanic engineering and electronic engineering (technical engineering) officers, were collected through open response questionnaire. In addition, the content was analyzed based on the vision, mission and goals of Imam Khomeini Maritime University. Then the indicators of promotion in marine science internship were specified through the focal group of these experts, who are in charge of education and training of Imam Khomeini Maritime University’s cadets. Also, the management practices associated with these indicators was developed. Based on studies on strategic training models, education patterns and the maritime and training experts’ desired components in the open response questionnaire, a conceptual model was designed and suggested to the Maritime University in order to possess a codified strategy of implanting marine science internship.
