اعتبار يابي مقياسي براي مديريت دانش در درس ناوبري ساحلي دانشگاه علوم دريايي امام خميني ( ره ) نوشهر

Validation of Scale for Knowledge Management in Educational System of Mazandaran Rovince

تحقيق حاضر به منظور اعتبار يابي مقياسي براي مديريت دانش درس ناوبري ساحلي در دانشگاه علوم دريايي امام خميني (ره) انجام شده است. اين تحقيق از نوع اكتشافي بوده و با روش تحليل عاملي اكتشافي به انجام رسيده است. جامعه آماري شامل100 نفر از دانشجوياني كه اين درس را در دانشگاه گذرانده‌اند و كل حجم جامعه به عنوان حجم نمونه در نظر گرفته شده است. براي جمع آوري داده‌ها از پرسشنامه مديريت دانش شرون لاوسون استفاده شده است، روايي شناسنامه، روايي محتوا آن تامين شده است و پايايي آن از طريق روش آلفاي كرونباخ براي مديريت دانش0/87 محاسبه گرديده است. نتايج حاصل از تحليل عامل نشان داده است كه مديريت دانش درس ناوبري ساحلي از عامل هاي جذب دانش، كاربرد دانش، دانش آفريني، ذخيره دانش و سازماندهي دانش تشكيل شده است كه در بين عامل‌ها جذب دانش بيشترين نقش و انتشار دانش كمترين نقش را در شكل گيري مديريت دانش درس ناوبري ساحلي دارد.

The aim of this study is to validate the scale for knowledge management in coastal navigation course at Imam Khomeini Maritime University. The research is based on exploratory method. The statistical population consists of all 1000 cadets who passed this course and all of the population was considered as the sample. Data was collected through Sharon Lawson knowledge management questionnaire; its validity was the content validity type, and the reliability of questionnaires was measured equal to 87% through Cronbach's alpha method. The results of factor analysis indicated that the knowledge management in coastal navigation course consists of the factors, namely, the knowledge absorption, application and dissemination, creation, storage and organization. Among all these factors, the knowledge absorption plays the maximum role and the knowledge dissemination, the minimum role in creating the knowledge management in this course.
