Breeding Works Of Education Management Model On Education Issues In Marine Science

هدف اين مقاله معرفي الگوي مديريت آموزش از تبار مديريت آموزشي در آموزش مباحث علوم دريايي مي‌باشد. كاربرد آن در شكل دادن به فضاي هسته‌ي فني آموزشي يا كلاس‌هاي درس‌‌ علوم دريايي به همراه جهت‌دهي فعاليت‌هاي شاگرد محوري مانند يادگيري مشاركتي همكارانه در فرايند توليد علم، خودجوشي و خودشناسي در يادگيري و يادگيري ‌مهارت‌‌هاي رفتاري برگرفته از تفكر و تدّبر فراگيران دروس علوم دريايي در حال و آينده مي باشد. استقرار اين مديريت حرفه‌اي ساز مدرس ان مستلزم مديريت بر پنج مؤلفه الگو است: 1- تحليل مفهوم مديريت ساخت دانش، 2- مديريت بر متناسب ساختن برنامه‌ي درسي رسمي با ساخت شناخت فراگيران ، 3- مديريت بر تهيه جدول زماني، حجم مطالب آموزشي، رسانه و الگو‌هاي تدريس، 4- مديريت بر اجراي برنامه‌ي تدوين شده و 5- مديريت بر ارزشيابي و استفاده از بازخورد براي اصلاح فرايند آموزش است روش‌ پژوهش موردي و نيمه‌تجربي مي باشد كه با استفاده از سه پرسشنامۀ محقق ساخته پرورشي، آموزشي، و پيشرفت تحصيلي (تهيه آن متناسب با موضوع درس ناوبري است) با روائي و اعتبار علمي انجام گرديده و فرمول‌‌ها و آزمون هاي اندازه‌ي اثر، آزمون تي و همبستگي و كواريانس، استفاده شده است. در اين مقاله مؤلفه‌‌هاي مذكور در الگوي مديريت آموزش و در باره‌ي اثربخشي آن در آموزش مباحث درسي مختلف به منظور توصيه كاربردي آن در پژوهش‌هاي علوم دريايي و آموزش مباحث دروس مختلف آن (به ويژه ناوبري) معرفي مي‌شود. نتايج اين پژوهش نشانگر مؤثر بودن الگوي مديريت آموزش بر ساخت دانش و ساخت شناخت فراگيران علوم دريايي بوده است.

The aim of this paper is the introduction of education management pattern from education management category. Its use is in shaping the technical core of teaching or marine Science classes. Clarifying the learner centered activities like cooperative partnership in the production process of science spontaneous and self-learning, and learning behavioral skills of thinking and reflecting upon lessons derived from marine science now and in the future. Professionalize management of instructors deployment requires managing five elements: (1) analyzing the concept of building knowledge management, 2-managing the adoption of official curriculum to build students' knowledge, 3. Managing the preparation of timetables, the content of education, media and teaching models 4- managing the implementation of the developed program, 5- manage the evaluation and use the feedback to improve the educational process. The author has used the data from the Efficacy of the application of this pattern in curriculum subjects in different levels of education to documenting through case study and semi experimental research methodologies by using three training, breeding, and academic achievement self-made questionnaires, (provided appropriate to the subject) with the validity and reliability, and as a result of using effect measure formulas, t-test, correlation and covariance. In this paper these variables in the model of management education and research about the effectiveness of the training curriculum in order to recommend its use in research marine science and education issues in different subjects has been introduced. The results of this study show the effectiveness of education model management on knowledge construction and students’ cognition construction.
