The Role Of Innovation Models In Marine Science Knowledge Breakthrough

هدف از اين مقاله بررسي نقش مدل هاي خلاقيت در مرزشكني دانش علوم دريايي مي باشد. بي شك تحقق توسعه پايدار براي هر كشوري در پرتو توسعه و پيشرفت دانش و توليد علم ميسر خواهد بود بطوريكه در عصر كنوني دانائي محوري مهم ترين راهبرد موثر در حركت به اين سمت مي باشد. پيشرفت سريع علم و تكنولوژي موجب گرديده تا فاصله زيادي بين كشورهاي پيشرفته با ساير كشورها ايجاد شود كه پر نمودن اين شكاف مستلزم بهره گيري از مدل هاي ميانبر و جهشي به خصوص در امر توليد دانش و دانائي كه توسعه در ساير ابعاد را نيز به دنبال خواهد داشت مي باشد. بكارگيري تكنيك ها و مدلهاي خلاقيت از جمله رويكردهاي موثر براي توسعه دانش علوم دريايي و طي مسيري ميانبر در اين راستاست. از اين رو سوال اصلي در اين مقاله اين است كه چگونه مي توان با بهره گيري از مدل هاي خلاقيت مرز دانش علوم دريايي را در نورديده و توليد علم نمود؟ اين مقاله بصورت مروري انجام گرديده است كه نگارنده با تبيين تكنيك هاي خلاقيت كه متناسب با نياز نيروي دريايي ترسيم شده است مدل هاي خلاق گونه اي به عنوان راهبرد در پاسخ به سوال اصلي ارائه نموده است.

The aim of this paper is to examine the role of innovation models in marine science knowledge breakthrough. Undoubtedly, sustainable development and production for each country happens in the light of the development of knowledge-based science so it is the most effective strategy to move through this direction in the current era. The rapid development of science and technology have led to a large gap between developed countries with other countries and filling this gap involves using the shortcut and jump model, especially in knowledge production that will follow development in other dimensions. Technique and creativity reasons, including effective approaches for the development of marine science knowledge and the shortcut path in this direction. So the main question in this article is how we can take advantage of the creativity models to pass the knowledge of maritime boundaries and to produce the production of knowledge? This study has been done by a review approach and the researcher presented creativity models as strategies to answer the main question by mentioning creativity techniques according to the needs of Navy.
