ارائه مدل تاثير دانشگاه بر اقتصاد مقاومتي به واسطه نقش زيرساخت هاي فرهنگي ، منابع انساني ، سياسي- اجتماعي و اقتصادي

Presenting Impact Model of University on Resistance Economics Due to the Role of Cultural Infrastructure, Human Resources, Political-Social and Economic

از مهمترين مسائل پيش روي كشورهايي كه در زمينه اقتصادي با مشكلات و فشارهاي خارجي و داخلي زيادي روبه‌رو هستند، تحقق يافتن اقتصاد مقاومتي است به‌عبارتي تحقق يافتن اقتصاد مقاومتي در كشورهايي كه در زمينه‌هاي اقتصادي، سياسي و فرهنگي مورد هجوم كشورهاي ديگر مي‌شوند اهميت دارد. هدف اين پژوهش بررسي نقش دانشگاه‌ها در تحقق اقتصاد مقاومتي از طريق زيرساخت‌هاي منابع اتساني، فرهنگي، سياسي، اجتماعي و اقتصادي مي‌باشد. جامعه پژوهش اساتيد دانشگاه‌هاي مازندران با تاكيد بر دانشگاه علوم دريايي امام خميني (ره) مي باشند كه تعداد آنها حدود 3500 نفر است. پرسشنامه‌ي محقق ساخته‌ي اين تحقيق، از روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي خوشه‌اي، در بين470 نفر از اعضاء جامعه توزيع كه تعداد 420 پرسشنامه‌ي صحيح، جمع‌آوري شد. به منظور تحليل داده‌ها از رويكرد معادلات ساختاري و از نرم افزار PLS استفاده شد. نتايج پژوهش نشان داد كه دانشگاه بر زيرساخت‌ها تاثير معناداري بالاتر از حد متوسط دارد. از طرفي زيرساخت ها نيز بر اقتصاد مقاومتي تاثير دارند. همچنين زيرساخت‌هاي فرهنگي، منابع انساني و سياسي- اجتماعي- اقتصادي نقش ميانجي‌گيري ناقص را در ارتباط بين دانشگاه و تحقق اقتصاد مقاومتي ايفا مي‌كنند.

One of the most important issues in countries with economy problems, is facing large domestic and international pressures to realize a resilient economy. In other words achieving a resilient economy in countries hit by other countries in the economic, political and cultural context. The purpose of this research is to investigate the role of universities in realizing the resilient economy through the infrastructure of resourcefulness, cultural, political, social and economic resources. The research community is the faculty members of Mazandaran Universities, with emphasis on Imam Khomeini Naval Academy, whose number is about 3500 people. A researcher-made questionnaire was distributed among 470 members of the community who were selected through Cluster random sampling method and 420 correct questionnaires were collected. In order to analyze the data, the structural equation approach and PLS software were used. The results of the research showed that the university has a significantly higher than the average impact on infrastructures. On the other hand, infrastructure also affects resilience. Also, cultural infrastructure, human, socio-political, and economic resources play the role of incomplete mediation in the relationship between the university and the realization of a resilient economy.
