بررسي پديده سد معبر در پياده روهاي شهري (مطالعه موردي: شهركرد - خيابان ملت)

An Investigation of Blocking Phenomenon in Urban Pavements - case study of shahr-e-kord-melat street

پياده و پياده­ روها به عنوان دو عنصر پويا و پايا در فضاي شهر، جزء لاينفك زندگي شهري در شهرهاي پيشرفته جهان به شمار مي­آيند و پياده­ روي به عنوان يك فعاليت مفرح و لذت بخش، سهم قابل توجهي از اوقات شهروندان درشهرهاي مختلف دنيا را به خود اختصاص داده است. توجه بيش از حد به نيازهاي حركت سواره و غفلت از حفظ و ساماندهي فضاي پياده و پياده­ رو از عمده نقايص شهرسازي جهان معاصر به شمار مي­ آيد كه سبب كاهش كيفيت محيط شهري و افول ارزش­ هاي اجتماعي، فرهنگي و بصري در فضاهاي شهري مي­ گردد. توجه به حركت پياده و نيازهاي آن به عنوان يك موضوع فراموش شده مهم شهري در دوسه دهه گذشته گرايش ­ها و ديدگاه­ هاي جديدي در عرصه شهرسازي به عنوان جنبش پياده گستري ياد مي­ شود. بر اين اساس نتايج تحقيق فراروكه با عنوان بررسي پديده سد معبر در پياده ­روهاي شهري (مطالعه موردي: شهركرد - خيابان ملت)، با استعانت از مطالعات ميداني و تكميل پرسشنامه در بين 262 نفرعابرپياده (نمونه­ ي آماري منتخب به روش كوكران) انجام شده است نشان مي ­دهد كه: استفاده از فضاي پياده روها براي عرضه اجناس (بارگيري، تخليه بار و..) پديده سد معبر را تشديد نموده است. همچنين بين پديده سد معبر و افزايش نارضايتي عمومي عابرين پياده رابطه معني داري وجود دارد.

Pavements and pedestrians as dynamic and static factors in urban space are considered inseparable parts of urban life in developed towns of the world.A great amount of time of citizens in various cities is devoted to walking as a refreshing activity. Overwhelming attention to the needs of drivers and negligence of preservation and management of pavements is regarded as dominant defect and weakness of towns. In the two or three previous decades attention to movement of pedestrians and their requirements as a forgotten issue made a new view and intention in the field of town planning as a walking revolution. According to the results of this research (case study of Shahr-e-Kord – melat street) that was achieved by distribution of questionnaires among 262 persons (statical selective society by the method of kookeran) we can see that: Using of pavements for supplying of goods (loading and evacuation of goods) increasing the blocking phenomenon. Also, there is significant relationship between blocking of pavements and public dissatisfaction.
