چكيده فارسي :
توسعه روستايى نه تنها به دليل سكونت تعداد چشمگيرى از جمعيت در روستاها، بلكه به منظور دستيابى همه جانبه به توسعه ى ملى امرى ضرورى و اساسى است. از طرف ديگر پيچيدگى مسئله ى توسعه روستايى تلاش همه جانبه اى از طرف دولت، كارگزاريها و مردم را ايجاب مى كند. آنچه مسلم است اين كه روستاهاى مختلف از نظر داشتن امكانات، زيرساخت هاى محيطى، وضعيت اجتماعى، اقتصادى و فرهنگى با هم تفاوت دارند. بنابراين توصيه يك مدل يا راهبردى واحد و كارآمد براى توسعه روستايى ممكن نيست و هر جامعه اى بايد متناسب يا شرايط و اولويت ها، رويكردها و راهبردهاى توسعه روستايى متفاوتى را در پيش گيرد.
هدف كلى در اين مقاله، بررسى رويكردها و راهبردهاى عمده توسعه روستايى بويژه در دنياى در حال توسعه اعم از راهبردهايى كه جهت گيرى اجتماعى يا اقتصادى دارند و همچنين راهبردهاى فضايى مى باشد. روش تحقيق در اين پژوهش اسنادى است و از مطالعات كتابخانه اى و منابع الكترونيكى بهره جسته ايم. در اين مطالعه ابتدا شرح مختصرى در مورد توسعه روستايى ارائه و سپس رويكردها و راهبردهاى توسعه روستايى از ديدگاه هاى مختلف تشريح گرديده است.
از بررسى ها و مطالعات انجام گرفته در اين خصوص، مىتوان چنين نتيجه گرفت كه رويكردى مىتواند در جوابگويى به نيازها و سوق دادن روستا به سمت توسعه پايدار روستايى موفق باشد، كه بر دوام و پايدارى توسعه تأكيد داشته و در عين حال معيارهاى آن دائمى، همه جانبه و فراتر از توجه به زمان حال و نيازهاى امروز باشد.

Rural development is essential not only because of the large number of inhabitants living in villages, but also in order to achieve comprehensive development of the country. On the other hand, the complexity of the issue of rural development requires a comprehensive effort by the government, brokerage firms and organizations and the people. What is certain is that different villages differ in terms of facilities, environmental infrastructure, social, economic and cultural conditions. Therefore, it is not possible to recommend a single and effective rural development model or strategy, and any society should adopt different rural development approaches and strategies according to conditions and priorities.
The general objective of this paper is to examine the main approaches and strategies of rural development, especially in the developing world, including strategies that have social or economic orientation, as well as spatial strategies. The research method in this paper is documentary and we have utilized secondary studies and electronic sources. In this study, a brief description of rural development is presented and then the approaches and strategies of rural development are described from different points of view.
From the studies and examinations carried out in this regard, it can be concluded that an approach can be successful in responding to needs and pushing the village towards a sustainable rural development provided that it emphasizes the sustainability of development and, at the same time, its criteria are permanent, all-round, and beyond the attention to the present and the needs of today.
