بررسي ميزان كاربست اخلاق حرفه اي تدريس در بين اعضاي هيات علمي دانشگاه علوم دريايي امام خميني (ره) نوشهر

Study of the Application of Professional Teaching Ethics among Faculty Members of Imam Khomeini Naval Academy at Noshahr

رعايت اخلاق آموزشي تضمين‌كننده‌ سلامت فرايند ياددهي- يادگيري در دانشگاه است و موجب افزايش تعهد پاسخگويي مدرسان نسبت به نيازهاي دانشجويان مي‌شود. هدف اين پژوهش سنجش ميزان كاربست اخلاق حرفه‌اي تدريس از سوي اعضاي هيأت علمي دانشگاه علوم دريايي امام خميني‌(ره) نوشهر مي‌باشد. در بخش تحليل اسنادي اين پژوهش از فرم فيش‌برداري و در بخش پيمايشي، از پرسشنامه‌اي محقق‌ساخته، حاوي 50 مؤلفه اخلاق حرفه‌اي تدريس احصاء شده از منابع داخلي و خارجي، استفاده شد. روايي پرسشنامه از ديد متخصصان مورد تأييد قرار‌گرفت و پايايي آن با ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ 0/88 تعيين گرديد. نمونه آماري با توجه به آمار تفكيكي دانشجويان مشغول به تحصيل در دانشكده‌ها و با استفاده از فرمول كوكران و با روش طبقه‌اي و سهميه‌اي، 366 نفر تعيين شد. با توجه به يافته­هاي پژوهش و با عنايت به شرايط متفاوت دانشگاه­هاي افسري، بعد سازماني به عنوان يكي از ابعاد اخلاق حرفه­اي تدريس افزون بر ابعاد مطرح در ساير مراكز آموزش عالي شناسايي شد. همچنين مشخص شد كه از ديد دانشجويان ميزان كاربست اخلاق حرفه‌اي تدريس از سوي اعضاي هيأت علمي دانشگاه با ميانگين 4/17 در حد بالايي قرار دارد. مهم­تر آنكه در مواردي كه بين مولفه‌هاي اخلاق حرفه‌اي تدريس و نظامي‌گري همپوشاني وجود داشته است مولفه‌ها در بالاترين سطح رعايت شده‌اند.

Compliance with teaching ethics is a guarantee of the health of the learning-learning process and it increases the commitment of instructors to responding to the needs of the students. The purpose of this study was to investigate the application of ethical professional teaching among faculty members of Imam Khomeini Naval Academy of Nowshahr. In this research, note taking form was used in the document analysis section and a questionnaire was used in the survey section. A questionnaire containing 50 components of teaching ethics was used and 366 students were randomly selected (statistical sample using the Cochran method was determined to be 366 people). Regarding the findings of the research, and considering the different situations and conditions of the space of the army universities and in addition to the dimensions raised in other higher education institutions the organizational dimension was identified as one of the dimensions of professional ethics in teaching. It was also found that in terms of students, the degree of professional ethics of the teaching of the Imam Khomeini Naval Academy was at a high level of 4.17. Most importantly, the components that are common between the ethics of teaching and militaristic professional ethics or in the other words in the cases where there was a coherence between the ethical components of teaching and military militarism the highest level is observed, which is the most important reason for the rules and regulations governing the university and proper supervision of the implementation of the law. Therefore, it can be considered as a solution in other universities in the formulation of rules and regulations of the university.
