The Necessity fora Special Approach to Improving the Status of the Rail Terminal of Coastal Ports and Its Effect on the Transfer of Goods from Ports

امروزه اهميت حمل و نقل ريلي و اثر آن بر انتقال كالا از بندر نسبت به حمل و نقل جاده ­اي، به عنوان يك عامل مزيت رقابتي با توجه به سه شاخصه مهم حمل و نقل راحت، ارزان و سريع براي بنادر آشكار گرديده است. در نتيجه پرداختن به مسئله رشد و توسعه شبكه ريلي بنادر گام مؤثر در جهت افزايش سهم ناوگان ريلي در انتقال كالا از بندر مي­باشد. اين پژوهش به بررسي چالش­ هاي موجود در بخش ناوگان ريلي درون بنادر و ارزيابي عوامل مؤثر بر بهبود وضعيت آن‌ها پرداخته و از روش دلفي براي تحليل، بررسي و نتيجه­ گيري استفاده نموده است. ابزار اصلي جمع ­آوري و اندازه­ گيري متغيرهاي پژوهش پرسشنامه مي­باشد. اعضاي نمونه به طور تصادفي80 نفر از صاحبان كالاها، نمايندگان شركت‌هاي كشتيراني و اپراتورهاي ترمينال‌هاي ريلي انتخاب شده است. در انتها اقدام به ارائه راه‌كارهاي كارشناسي شده در راستاي تدوين و اجراي برنامه­ ريزي­هاي مؤثر در اين خصوص گرديده است.

Today, the importance of rail transport and its impact on the shipment of goods from the port to road transport has become apparent as a competitive advantage in light of the three most important parameters of convenient, cheap and fast transportation for ports. As a result, paying attention to the progress and development of the rail network of ports is an effective step towards increasing the share of the rail fleet in the transit of goods from the port. This research examines the challenges of the rail fleet within ports and evaluates the factors affecting their situation improvement and uses the Delphi method for analysis, investigation and conclusion. The main tool of collecting and measuring the variables of the research is a questionnaire. Sample members were randomly selected from 80 owners of goods, representatives of shipping companies and operators of rail terminals. Finally, professional guidelines in the formulation and implementation of effective planning were proposed in this regard.
