چكيده فارسي :
امروزه قطبهاي علمي يكي از مهمترين عوامل محرك توسعه كشورها در قرن بيست و يكم شناخته شده اند. قطبهاي علمي، با هدف ﻛﺴﺐ ﻣﺮﺟﻌﻴﺖ ﻋﻠﻤﻲ و ﻓﻨﺎوري در زﻣﻴﻨﺔ ﺗﺨﺼﺼﻲ ﺧﺎص تشكيل ميشوند. ارتش جمهوري اسلامي ايران با در اختيار داشتن كاركنان متخصص مجرب، تجهيزات منحصر به فرد و دانشگاهها و مراكز تحقيقاتي تخصصي، رسالت تشكيل قطبهاي علمي نظامي را بر عهده دارد؛ اما تا كنون ظرفيت هاي آجا براي تشكيل قطبهاي علمي بررسي نشده است. هدف اصلي اين تحقيق، شناسايي عناويني است كه آجا ميتواند در آنها قطب علمي شود. تحقيق حاضر بر حسب نتايج تحقيق از نوع كاربردي توسعهاي و به روش موردي زمينه اي و توصيفي تحليلي ميباشد. تحقيق به دليل نياز به بررسي خبرگي، با رويكرد تحقيق آميخته (هم‌كيفي و هم‌كمي) صورت پذيرفت. جامعه آماري اين تحقيق250 نفر و حجم نمونه 70 نفر ميباشد. تعداد 81 پرسشنامه توزيع و 74 پرسشنامه جمع آوري گرديد. انتخاب نمونه براي تكميل پرسشنامه به صورت قضاوتي بود و 20 نفر از جامعه آماري به جلسات خبرگي دعوت شدند. براي بررسي روايي و پايايي پرسشنامه محققساخته، پيش آزمون اجرا شد و آلفاي كرونباخ پرسشنامه 0.987 شد.در اين تحقيق براي بررسي آماري اطلاعات و تجزيه و تحليل دادههاي حاصل، از روش‌هاي آمار توصيفي و استنباطي استفاده شد. نتايج تحقيق نشان ميدهد كه اجا ميتواند تا سال 1404 در نه عنوان زير قطب علمي شود: فرماندهي و كنترل، علوم و مديريت نظامي، دريانوردي نظامي، مديريت راهبردي دفاعي، هوانوردي نظامي، جنگ الكترونيك، طب فيزيكي و توان‌بخشي نظامي، طب هوافضا و دريايي، مديريت امنيت دفاعي.

Today, scientific poles are one of the most important factors driving the development of countries in the 21st century. Scientific poles are formed in order to obtain scientific authority and technology in a specialist field. The Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran, with its own experienced staff, unique equipment and universities and specialized research centers, is responsible for the formation of military science poles, but so far, the capacities for creating science poles not reviewed. The main purpose of this study is to identify the issues that IRI Army can be as a science pole in those issues. The present research is based on the results of the research as an applied and developmental case-based and analytical descriptive method. The research was carried out due to the need for expert examination, with the mixed research approach (both qualitative and quantitative). The statistical population of this study is 250 people and the sample size is 70 people. 81 questionnaires were distributed and 74 questionnaires were collected. The sample was selected to complete the questionnaire as a judgment and 20 people from the statistical community were invited to the expert meetings. To assess the validity and reliability of the researcher made questionnaire, a pre-test was performed and Cronbach's alpha was 0.987. In this research, descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data and analyze the data. The results of the research show that the IRI Army could be a science pole in each of the following nine scientific fields by the year 1404: command and control, military science and management, military sailing, strategic defense management, military aviation, electronic warfare, physical medicine and military rehabilitation, aerospace medicine and marine, defense security management.
