The Effect of In-Service Training on Improving Reliability in the Basis of Knowledge Industry with the Intermediate role of Human Resource Empowerment

هدف از انجام اين پژوهش بررسي تاثير راهبرد آموزش هاي مهارتي ضمن خدمت درارتقاء قابليت اطمينان در صنايع دانش بنيان دريايي از طريق توانمند سازي منابع انساني مي باشد. رسيدن به اهداف سازمان بستگي به توانايي كاركنان در انجام وظايف محوله و انطباق با محيط متغير دارد. اجراي آموزش و بهسازي نيروي انساني سبب مي‌شود تا افراد بتوانند متناسب با تغييرات سازماني و محيط، بطور مؤثر فعاليتهايشان را ادامه داده و بركارايي خود بيفزايند. تحقيق حاضر از نظر هدف كاربردي و از نظر شيوه اجرا توصيفي مي باشد.جامعه اماري تحقيق كليه مديران حوزه نگهداري و تعميرات در نيروي دريايي راهبردي ارتش بوده و به منظور نمونه گيري با استفاده از رابطه كوكران 80 نفر از اين متخصصين به روش طبقه اي انتخاب گرديده اند.پس از جمع آوري اطلاعات فرضيات تحقيق بر اساس آزمون رگرسيون مورد آزمون قرار گرفت و نتايج نشان داد آموزش با تاثير بر توانمند سازي كاركنان بر ارتقاء قابليت اطمينان سيستم در صنايع دانش بنيان دريايي موثر مي باشد.

Achieving the goals of the organization depends on the ability of the staff to perform the tasks and adapt to a changing environment. Implementation of human resources education and upgrading makes it possible for individuals to continue their activities effectively and adapt to organizational changes and the environment. The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of in-service skill training strategy on improving reliability in marine knowledge industries through empowerment of human resources. The present research is applied in terms of applied purpose and in terms of descriptive performance. The surveyed community is a survey of all maintenance managers in the strategic military navy. For sampling, 80 of these experts were selected by stratified sampling method. After collecting information, the hypothesis of the research was tested on the basis of the regression test and the results showed that education has an impact on employee empowerment on enhancing the reliability of the system in the knowledge base of the marine industry.
