Teacher Competencies Pattern in Officer Universities of the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran

رسالت اصلي دانشگاه‌هاي ارتش جمهوري اسلامي ايران، تربيت منابع انساني متخصص و متعهد و ترويج و توسعه دانش جهت توسعه سازماني آجا است. بي‌ترديد، اساتيد دانشگاهي با ويژگي‌هاي خاص خود از اهميت فوق‌العاده‌اي در تحقق اين رسالت برخوردار هستند. بر اين اساس، پژوهش حاضر به بررسي شايستگي‌هاي مدرسي دانشگاه‌هاي افسري آجا مي‌‌پردازد. اين مطالعه از نظر هدف، اكتشافي از نوع پيمايشي و از نظر نوع استفاده، كاربردي و از نظر افق زماني، پژوهشي مقطعي مي‌باشد. شاخص‌هاي شايستگي‌ها از طريق مطالعه مباني نظري، پيشينه تجربي و انجام برخي مصاحبه‌هاي اكتشافي با خبرگان استخراج شدند و از طريق تحليل عاملي اكتشافي، الگوي شايستگي‌هاي مدرسي ارائه شد. داده‌هاي تحقيق در مرحله احصاي شاخص‌ها از كتب و مقالات و تعداد 10 نفر از خبرگان موضوعي و در مرحله الگوسازي از تعداد 335 نفر از دانشجويان مقطع كارشناسي دانشگاه‌هاي افسري آجا جمع‌آوري گرديد و پرسشنامه‌اي محقق‌ساخته پس از تاييد پايايي و روايي بين آنان توزيع گرديد. نتايج تحليل عاملي اكتشافي نشان داد پنج عامل دانش‌پژوهي، عامل رفتاري، عامل فني، عامل ارتباطي و عامل شخصي (به‌ترتيب اهميت) در حدود 73 درصد از واريانس شايستگي‌هاي مدرسي اساتيد دانشگاه‌هاي افسري آجا را تبيين كردند.

The main mission of the army universities of the Islamic Republic of Iran is to provide specialized human resources and to promote and develop knowledge for organizational development. Undoubtedly, university professors with their specific characteristics are of great importance in fulfilling this mission. Accordingly, the present study examines the merits of the army universities of the Islamic Republic of Iran. This study is an exploratory type survey in terms of purpose, practical in terms of its type of use and cross-sectional in terms of its time horizons. Characteristics of competencies were extracted through the study of theoretical foundations, empirical background and some exploratory interviews with experts. Through exploratory factor analysis, a model of competency was presented. The research data were collected from the books and articles and 10 subject matter experts and at the modeling stage from 335 undergraduate students of army universities. A researcher-made questionnaire was distributed after confirmation of reliability and validity. The results of exploratory factor analysis revealed that five factors of student science, behavioral factor, technical factor, communication factor and personal factor (respectively importance) explained about 73% of the variance of the academic qualifications of faculty members of army universities.
