انديشه‌هاي نظامي مقام معظم فرماندهي كل قوا در حوزه راهبرد و فناوري نظامي و تاثير آن بر معماري ارتش جمهوري اسلامي

Military Thoughts of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of Armed Forces in the Field of Military Strategy and Technology and its Influence on the Architecture of the Islamic Republic of Iran's Army

فرمايشات مقام معظم فرماندهي كل قوا نقشه راه و منشوري است كه شكل دهنده ماموريت، راهبردها و در نتيجه ساختار كارآمد ارتش جمهوري اسلامي ايران براي دستيابي به اهداف بلند نظام مقدس جمهوري اسلامي ايران مي‌باشد. تبيين نظام‌مند و علمي اين فرمايشات كمك بزرگي براي مسئولين محترم آجا در معماري نظام دفاعي ارتش است. مقاله حاضر كه حاصل كار تحقيقاتي با روش موردي زمينه‌اي مي‌باشد تلاش مي‌كند اطاعات مورد نياز را با استفاده از روش كتابخانه‌اي و ميداني گردآوري و از طريق مطالعه منابع و مصاحبه با صاحبنظران از ميان انبوه فرمايشات ارزشمند مقام معظم فرماندهي كل‌قوا، آن دسته از فرمايشات ايشان كه مرتبط با نظام دفاعي هستند را با هدف تبيين انديشه‌هاي نظامي مقام معظم فرماندهي كل قوا در حوزه معماري نظام دفاعي ج.ا.ا و مرتبط با ارتش جمهوري اسلامي، تحليل محتوايي نموده و سپس از طريق تحليل آماري داده‌هاي منتج شده از پرسش‌نامه تأثير تحقق اين انديشه‌ها را بر معماري آجا اندازه‌گيري نمايد. جهت تحقق هدف يادشده و پاسخگويي به سئوالات تحقيق فرمايشات معظم‌له در حوزه‌هاي علم و فناوري و راهبرد نظامي، مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفته و نتايج حاصله علاوه بر احصاء مشخصه‌هاي بديل دستيابي به حوزه‌هاي قيد شده، نشان مي-دهد كه تحقق انديشه‌هاي مقام معظم فرماندهي كل قوا در اين حوزه‌ها تأثير بسيار زيادي در معماري نظام دفاعي مرتبط با آجا دارد.

The commands of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of IRI Armed Forces are the plan and charter which form the mission, strategies and consequently the effective structure of the Islamic Republic of Iran's Army in order to achieve the high-ranking objectives of the Islamic Republic of Iran's holy system. The systematic and scientific explanation of these commands is a great help for respectable officials in the architecture of the military defense system. The present paper, using the grounded case study, tries to collect the required information through library and field method to analyze the content of the defense system related commands of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of IRI Armed Forces to explain his Excellency’s ideas in the field of architecture of the IRI’s defense system and then it investigates the effect of realization of these ideas on the architecture of IRI Army through analyzing the data collected via the questionnaire. In order to meet the mentioned goal and to answer the research questions, the commands of his Excellency in the fields of science and technology and military strategy have been analyzed. In addition to identifying the features of access to the mentioned areas, the results of this study showed that the realization of the great ideas of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of IRI Armed Forces in these fields has a great influence on the defense architecture associated with IRI Army.
